The Glass Blender

To assemble the blender

CAUTION

When microfilter is inserted (see left) the stainlessblender becomes a juicer or a Soybean Milk Maker

Pour soaked soybeans (or fruit for making juice) into the microfilter as shown to the right

Power Base shown installed in a modifiedcabinet drawer with pull-out shelves

After a 30 second cycle at number 4 Speed, fresh soymilk is poured into a glass.

MicrofilterNever fill the blender jar with ingredients that are hotter than 80℃

Soak dried ingredients, such as soy beans, before putting them in the filter

Never overload the filter. Do not put more than 125g of dried soy beans or 150g of fruit in the filter at the same time.Always make sure the lid is properly closed before you switch the ppliance on.

Cut the fruit into smaller pieces before putting it in the filter.

Tips- Do not process a large quantity of solid ingredients at the same time. To get good results, we advise you to process these ingredients in a series of small batches.- To make tomato juice, cut the tomatoes in four and drop the pieces through the opening in the lid onto the rotating blades
