Hope you're having a good weekend.

I've attached some data on the year 10 module one results. We were expecting slightly lower than usual results and unfortunately that is what happened. The main reasons behind this are:

• weaker cohort• two NQT’s having four year 10 classes, as they have no core

year 11 classes• too many D grades

I think the NQT’s and other staff are receiving a lot of support but have struggled at ks4 and we really need to focus on staff development if the results are going to remain as high as previous years. At the moment, I'm worried that Sheila and I are getting a little stretched with everything in year 11 and now the year 10 resit classes. Hopefully, we can still continue to focus on developing staff teaching.

This is factually

incorrect.
