A ceiling panel consists of fibre-reinforced 15 mm plasterboard, 27 mm thick expanded polystyrene backing (EPS200) and Uponor Eval-PE-Xa pipe 9.9 x 1.1 mm embedded in the panel.

Easy to install: the gypsum fibre-board panels are secured to the supporting structure with suitable screws.

For distribution, we recommend that the contractor installs pre-insulated (approx. 13 mm) Uponor PE-Xa 20 x 2 mm pipe between the panels. The Uponor Quick & Easy installation system is used for all joints.

The Uponor plaster-board panel is fitted with Uponor PE-Xa pipe (9.9 x 1.1 mm) with integral oxygen barrier and is compat-ible with the Uponor Quick & Easy jointing technique – the ideal solution with high performance and 100% safety.

Uponor Gypsum Panels com bine the workability of gypsum fibreboard with the ad vantages of a ceiling heating and cooling system. These active panels are made of reinforced fireproof 15 mm gypsum fibreboard, backed with a heat-insulated EPS panel, which improves output whilst reducing heat and cooling loss. Our proven Uponor PE-Xa 9.9 mm pipe with built-in oxy gen barrier is pre-installed in the panels.
