• All of the following documents must be submitted to complete the application process:• 2011 Application Packet with supporting documents -
(see description with each criteria) • A copy of applicant’s ECC ID Card AND Driver’s License
(must be a good copy - clear and easy to read)
• Three Letters of Recommendation to the program (must be written within 3 years from the date of application)
Character references must be on letterhead stationary and/or attached business card of the person writing the recommendation letter. Letter must include a signature with the writer’s contact information. - Professional or Business references – not personal (family or friends) Letters may be from an an employer, supervisor, professor with a lab class, or counselor.
