MUL TIPLAN ANNOUNCES THE MASTER PLAN FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF RIBEIRÃOSHOPPING COMPLEX WITH THREE EXPA NSIONS AND EIGHT PROPERT IES Rio de Janeiro, June 20 th , 2011 MULTIPL AN EMPREENDIMENTOS IMOBILIÁRIOS S.A. (BM&FBOVE SPA:MULT3), in line wit h its growt h strate gy and in cel ebr ati on of RIb eir ãoS hoppin g 30 th ann ive rsa ry, announces the master pla n for the development of expansions and several commercial and residential towers integrated to the shopping center in the city of Ribeirão Preto, state of São Paulo. The projects will be developed in stages and include three new expansions to RibeirãoShopping, which will get a Gross Leasable Area increase of more than 32 thousand square meters, a growth of approximately 45% over the shopping center's current GLA. Besides Centro Profissional RibeirãoShopping, a sold-out condo office tower that is already under construction, the master plan foresees, throughout the ensuing years, the development of four luxury residential buildings with an 86,000 m² area for sale, a new commercial tower with 19,200 m², a high-end residence services building and two upper scale hotels. RibeirãoShopping will also get a deck parking with 1,200 covered spaces, a convention center as well as a fitness center, all connected to the mall. , 2011 – MULTIPLAN EMPREENDIMENTOS IMOBILIÁRIOS S.A.(BM&FBOVESPA:MULT3), in linewith its growth strategy and in celebration of RIbeirãoShopping 30 th anniversary, announces the master plan for the

development of expansions and several commercial and residential towers integrated to the shopping center in the city of

Ribeirão Preto, state of São Paulo.

The projects will be developed in stages and include three new expansions to RibeirãoShopping, which will get a Gross

Leasable Area increase of more than 32 thousand square meters, a growth of approximately 45% over the shopping center's

current GLA. Besides Centro Profissional RibeirãoShopping, a sold-out condo office tower that is already under construction,
