First Plaintiffs request hat the Court lift the stay of discovery previously ordered by the Court o n October 9, Zo13 Dkt. No. 9). When the Court stayed discovery a t the time of the October 9 ase Management Conference, laintiffs irst set of document equests and interrogatories already were pending o Defendant ecretary o f Health, Michael Wolf, an d Defendant Register of Wills, Donald Petrille, r. and other since dismissed defendants. When discovery r e - commences, Defendants Wolf and Petrille will have 1 3 dditional days o respond to the pending discovery, which Plaintiffs originally served o n September 19, Zo13. I n addition to receiving responses o the pending discovery, Plaintiffs intend t o propound forthwith discovery upon Defendant ecretary o f Revenue, Dan Meuser, and serve subpoenas upon certain other entities and individuals. Second, o account o r the approximately 1/2 week period during which discovery has been stayed pending the briefing and disposition o f Defendants motions o dismiss, Plaintiffs amend their requested pretrial and rial schedule. Consistent with the other terms requested and the reasons stated b y Plaintiffs in the~oint Case Management lan (Dkt.
