Defendants’ Ex Parte Motion to Hold Case in Abeyance (ECF No. 16) is hereby

DENIED. However, in light of the recent appointment of Defendants’ Special Assistant

Attorney General on May 1, 2015, the court hereby GRANTS Defendants’ request for an

extension of time. Answer to the Complaint and Response to the Motion for Summary Judgment

and Motion for Preliminary Injunction shall be due no later than May 18, 2015, at 3:00 p.m.

Plaintiffs’ Reply shall be due no later than May 22, 2015, at 3:00 p.m. Hearing on said motions is

hereby set for June 5, 2015, at 9:30 a.m.
