1. I am a Senior Managing Director with FTI Consulting, Inc. ("FTI"), a

financial advisory services and interim management firm with numerous offices throughout the

country. I am duly authorized to make this supplemental declaration (the "Supplemental

Declaration") on behalf of FTI.

2. I submit this Supplemental Declaration in further support of the Motion of

the Debtors Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 105(a) and 363(b) to Employ and Retain FTI Consulting,

Inc. to Provide the Debtors an Interim Treasurer and Additional Personnel, Nunc Pro Tunc to

the Petition Date (the "Motion")2 and to supplement the disclosure provided in my original

declaration in support of the Motion dated January 11, 2012 (the "Original Declaration")

required under Rules 2014(a) and 2016(b) of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure and

Rules 2014-1 and 2016-1 of the Local Bankruptcy Rules for the Southern District of New York

[Docket No. 18]. An order approving the Motion was entered on January 27, 2012 [Docket No.

192]. Unless otherwise stated in this Supplemental Declaration, I have personal knowledge of

the facts hereinafter set forth. To the extent that any information disclosed herein requires

subsequent amendment or modification upon FTI's completion of further analysis or as

additional information about parties-in-interest becomes available, a supplemental declaration

will be submitted to the Court.

3. This Supplemental Declaration is made to supplement those disclosures

already in the Original Declaration as follows and in the amended Schedule 1 and Schedule 2

attached hereto:

(a) In matters unrelated to the Debtors or these chapter 11 cases, certain of the Debtors' 40 largest unsecured creditors, or affiliates thereof, are present or recent former clients of FTI: Blue Cross
