Day 03: Mumbai – Bhimashankar - Pune (First Jyotirlinga)

After breakfast, Drive to Bhimashankar, an ancient shrine,

Bhimashankara (Our First Jyotirlinga) is one of the 12 Jyotirlinga

of Shiva. It is in the Ghat region of the Sahyadri hills.

Bhimashankar is also the source of the River Bhīma, which flows

south east and merges with the Krishna River near Raichur.

Arrive Pune in the evening. Overnight in Pune.

Day 04: Pune - Shani Mandir - Aurangabad

After breakfast, depart to Aurangabad, on the way visit Shani

Temple. Later proceed to Aurangabad. Overnight in

Aurangabad.

Day 05 Aurangabad-Grishneshwar-Shirdi [Grishneshwar, Our Second Jyothirling]

After breakfast Grishneshwar, an ancient pilgrimage site revered as the abode of one of the 12 Jyotirlingas

of Shiva. It is located at a distance of 11km from Daulatabad near Aurangabad in Maharashtra. Daulatabad

was once known as Devagiri. Overnight in Shirdi.

Day 06 Shirdi-trimbekeshwar-Nasik [Tryambakeshwar,

Our Third Jyotirlinga]

Today we drive from Shirdi to Tryambakeshwar (Our

Third Jyotirlinga) Tryambakeshwar located in

Maharashtra and is revered as one of the 12 Jyotirlinga

shrines of Shiva. Tryambakeshwar is the source of the

river Godavari. Overnight in Nasik.

Day 07 Nasik - Indore

Drive to Indore, arrival by evening. Overnight in Indore.

Day 08 Indore – Omkareswar – Indore [Omkareshwar Our Fourth Jyothirlinga)

After Breakfast drive to Omkareshwar (Jyothirlinga) located in Madhya Pradesh, on the Mandhata hill on

the banks of the Narmada is one of the 12 revered Jyotirlinga shrines of Shiva. It is located at a distance of

about 12 miles from Mortakka in Madhya Pradesh. After darshan, depart to Indore. Overnight in Indore.

Day 09 Indore – Ujjain - Ahmedabad (by Train / by Road) [Mahakaleshwara our Fifth Jyothirlinga]

After breakfast drive to Ujjain, a historic capital of Central India in Madhya Pradesh is a venerated

pilgrimage centre enshrining Mahakaleshwara (Jyotirlinga), one of the Jyotirlinga manifestations of Shiva.

Return back to Indore. If taking train to Ahmedabad, transfer to Railway station for Overnight Train to

Ahmedabad. If going by road, transfer to hotel in Indore for Overnight Stay.

Day 10 Ahmedabad Arrival (by Train Option) / Indore – Ahmedabad (by Road option)

If taking Overnight train from Indore, arrival Ahmedabad in the morning, pickup and transfer to hotel. Rest

day free for leisure / shopping activities. If arriving by road, check-out from Indore Hotel early in the

morning and depart to Ahmedabad. Arrival in the evening. Check-in at hotel. Overnight stay.

Day 11 Ahmedabad – Dwarka

Early Morning, after breakfast, proceed to Dwarka. Arrival, Check-in at hotel. Overnight stay.

Day 12 Dwarka - Nageshwar - Bhet Dwarka – Dwarka (Our sixth Jyotirlinga)

After breakfast visit and darsan of Dwarkadhish Main Temple. Then afternoon drive to Nageshwar

Jyotirlinga, Nageshwar (Jyotirlinga) is regarded as one of

the 12 Jyotirlinga Shrines of Shiva. After darshan of

Nageshwar temple proceed to Bet Dwarka. Overnight in

Dwarka.

Day 13 Dwarka – Somnath (Our Seventh Jyotirlinga)

After breakfast drive to Somnath, arrival and Check-in at

hotel. Evening, we visit the Somnath (Jyothirlinga), at

Somnath Patan, near Veraval in Gujarat is a pilgrimage

centre held in great reverence throughout India. Somnath

is situated on the south coast of Saurashtra. After darshan,

back to hotel, Overnight in Somnath.

Day 14 Somnath - Virpur Jalaram Temple – Ahmedabad

Departing from Somnath to Ahmedabad by road. On the way visit JALARAM MANDIR in Virpur (if temple is

open). Arrival at Ahmedabad in the evening. Check-in and overnight stay at hotel.

Day 15 Ahmedabad - Madurai via Chennai (By Flight)

Depart to Ahmedabad airport for flight to Madurai via Chennai. Arrival at the Airport, check in at the hotel.

Evening Madurai. The city got its name from the drops of nectar (Mathuram) that fell from Shiva’s locks

when he came to bless its people for constructing a temple for him. City tour begins with a visit to the Sri

Meenakshi Sundareshwara Temple with its towering gopurams and rare sculptures. Admire the highest

point of the temple the hall of 1000 pillars built around 1560 BC, touch the sculpted pillars depicting the

story of the beautiful princess of Madurai and her marriage to Lord Shiva. Evening, watch the pooja

ceremony in Meenakshi Temple, Overnight in Madurai.

Day 16 Madurai – Rameshwaram - Madurai (Rameshwaram, Our Eighth Jyotirlinga)

Wake up to the chant of hymns is proud of the magnificent Meenakshi-Sundareswara Temple, Move from

Madurai to Rameshwaram. Rameshwaram is one of the most significant pilgrimage centre’s in South India

for both Shaivites (Shiv followers) and Vaishnavaites (Vishnu Followers). It was here that Rama offered

thanks to Shiva. Overnight in Madurai.

Day 17 Madurai-Chennai (By Flight) Tirupati

Morning flight to Chennai then drive to Tirupati, evening free to Relax at the religious centre of India. O/N

at Tirupati.

Day 18 Tirupati

Visit the temple of Tirupati and the adjoining temples.

Overnight in Tirupati.

Day 19 Tirupati-Srisailam [Srisailam, our Ninth Jyothirlinga]

This is one of the greatest Salivate shrines in India and it

constitutes one of the 12 Jyotirlingam shrines of Shiva. The

presiding deities here are Mallikarjuna (Shiva) and

Bhramaramba (Devi). Overnight in Srisailam.

Day 20 Srisailam - Hyderabad

Drive to Hyderabad. Upon arrival transfer to the Hotel. Overnight in Hyderabad.

Day 21 Hyderabad – Bhubaneswar - Puri (By Flight)

After breakfast, transfer to airport, meet and arrival assistance at Bhubaneswar Airport and transfer to Puri

hotel, later visit Jagannath Mandir and relax, overnight in Puri.

Day 22 Puri -- Kolkata (By Train Time)

After breakfast drive or by train towards Kolkata, meet and arrival assistance at Kolkata Railway station and

transfer to hotel, later visit Kali Mata Mandir and relax, overnight in Kolkata.

Day 23 Kolkata – Gangasagar - Kolkata

Full day excursion to Ganga Sagar by road and then by a vessel, or by chartered luxury vessels starting from

Namkhana. Or day for shopping. Overnight in Kolkata.

Day 24 Kolkata-Deoghar (Our Tenth Jyothirlinga) (by Train / by Road)

After breakfast drive or by train towards Baidyanath. Overnight in Baidyanath.

Day 25 Deoghar-Varanasi (by Train / by Road)

After breakfast drive or by train towards Varanasi. Overnight in Varanasi.

Day 26 Varanasi (Vishwanath, Our eleventh Jyotirlinga)

Early morning boat ride on the Ganges then return to the

hotel for breakfast. Today visit some of the holy temples of

the city which encapsulate the ambiance and spirit of the

city. The Durga Temple, better known as the ‘monkey

temple’ on account of the large number of monkeys

residing there (only Hindus can enter the inner sanctum.)

and the Temple of Vishwanath (or Visheshwar, Lord of the

Universe, popularly known as the Golden Temple). This

Jyotirlingam is one of the twelve jyotirlingams of India. If

time permits before returning to the hotel visit some of the

silk brocade and weaving centres, a specialty of Varanasi.

Overnight in Varanasi.

Day 27 Varanasi - Triveni Sangam - Allahabad

Breakfast at hotel. Check-out and proceed to Allahabad. Arrival, proceed to visit Triveni Sangam, Allahabad.

Later check-in at hotel. Overnight Stay.

Day 28: Allahabad - Chhapiaya - Ayodhya

After Breakfast drive to Chhapiaya. This is the birth place of Lord Swaminarayan (1781-1830) and the main

attraction of this place is the shrine of Swaminarayan. The saint was born here on 2nd April 1781, named as

Sahjanand. Swami passed his early childhood in Chhapiaya then migrated to Ayodhya. Then drive to

Ayodhya on arrival panoramic sightseeing of famous places like Ram Janmabhoomi, Hamumangarhi etc.

Later check-in at hotel. Overnight Stay.

Day 29: Ayodhya - Naimisharanya Temple – Lucknow

Breakfast at hotel. Proceed to visit Naimisharanya Temple. Later drive to Lucknow, Overnight at Lucknow.

Day 30: Lucknow - Delhi (By Flight)

Breakfast at hotel. Transfer to airport for flight to Delhi. Arrival, transfer to hotel. Evening free for Shopping,

Overnight stay.

Day 31: Delhi – Haridwar: Morning transfer to Haridwar, arrive in the afternoon. Evening, enjoy Ganga Aarti

at Har – Ki - Paudi. O/N at Haridwar Day 32: Haridwar – Guptakashi: Today our early morning drive takes us to Guptkashi. The name was given to the place as it is said to be the hiding place of Lord Shiva when he was unwilling to give darshan to pandavs. 46km off Kedarnath, Guptakashi is the shrine at a height of 1319m.

Day 33: Guptakashi – Kedarnath (Our Twelvth Jyothirlinga): Today morning we drive to Gaurikund (32km by road & 14km trek), from where we trek to Kedarnath (3584mt) for which ponies, dandies and kandies are available. Amidst the dramatic mountainscapes of the majestic Kedarnath Range stands one of the twelve “Jyotirlingas” of Kadar ji or Lord Shiva. At an altitude of 3584mt and on the head of river Mandakini, the shrine of Kedarnath is amongst the holiest pilgrimages for the Hindus. Stay at Kedarnath. Day 34: Kedarnath – Rudraprayag (75 Kms / 3 hrs): Today after breakfast, we trek down back to Gaurikund. From Gaurikund we drive down to Rudraprayag. Confluence of Alaknanda and Madakini rivers Rudraprayag. Day 35: Rudraprayag – Rishikesh: Today we drive from Rudraprayag to reach the Rishikesh . Visit Ram Jhula, Lakshman Jhula. Attend one of the most beautiful religious ceremony, an evening aarti at the Triveni Ghat. Day 36: Rishikesh - Haridwar – Delhi: Morning depart to Delhi via Haridwar. Arrival at Delhi. Check-in to hotel. Overnight at Hotel Day 37: Delhi – UK: Morning transfer to airport for flight back to U.K.

Booking Conditions

It is our most important aim that you enjoy your holiday and that we earn your trust. However, we are not responsible for any cancellation due to any industrial disputes, Technical failure of any type of transport we use, loss of earnings, late arrivals or force majeure, or any items beyond our control CANCELLATION BY YOU

1) Our normal cancellation charges apply as a percentage of the total holiday cost. If you cancel the holiday, we will require notice in writing for any cancellation:

CANCELLATION BY US

2 a) If we cancel the tour at any point due to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control, no refund and compensation will be made unless the tour is cancelled before 60 days of departure. However, in some circumstances we may be able to offer a full or part refund to our customers where we obtain a refund from our suppliers. Therefore, it is customer’s liability to have a comprehensive travel insurance to recover all charges incurred either before starting or during the tour. Force Majeure or unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control include but not limited to political unrest, natural calamities, act of God,

terrorism, war or threat of war, civil strife, industrial dispute including air traffic control disputes, terrorist activity and its consequences, natural and nuclear disaster, fire or adverse weather conditions, epidemics & pandemics, unavoidable technical problems with transport, closure or congestion of airports or ports and all similar events outside our or the supplier(s) concerned control.

2 b) We reserve the right to cancel your holiday for any reason. However, we will not cancel your holiday unless it is for a reason outside our control, for instance, minimum numbers required for a group which is 20. If we have to cancel your holiday except of clause 2a), we will offer you: - an alternative travel arrangement of equivalent or of very closely similar standard and price, or if available travel arrangements are of a less value than difference in price will be refunded; or a full refund of all monies will be paid.

2 c) If flight ticket has been issued earlier as per customer request than flight cancellation charges will be applicable under any circumstances (including clause 2a & 2b) Amount of cancellation charges will be informed to the customer at the time of cancellation.

2 d) If a client has paid by credit card, credit card charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.

2 e) If we have to cancel the tour due to any reason other than clause 2a, we will pay compensation as per follows:

3) The application should be submitted at least 60 days before the provisional date of departure. Skylink will confirm your booking within 15 days of your application. Any amendment required after booking must be informed to Skylink in writing only.

4) As yatra contains visiting High altitude areas, Customer must consult their GP and get advice before booking travel to high altitude area. This is passenger’s own responsibility to disclose correct medical condition information to us.

5) When the booking is made the following details must be enclosed: Fully Filled Booking Form (Full name as in passport, Date of birth, Nationality, Sex, Occupation and other details as mentioned in the booking form), Passport Copy, Visa Document (if applicable). Deposit is required along with booking form. Deposit is Non-Refundable.

6) 100% money should be paid before 60 days of the commencement of the tour.

7) This is religious pilgrimage at high altitude and some of the services would be very basic.

8) Tour Manager’s service will be available for Minimum 20 paying adults.

9) During the tour, the tour manager’s decision would be final

10) Single traveller has the option to choose as a single supplement or can share with other single travellers on their own discretion and Skylink has no responsibility but just act as an introducer to both travellers.(if any available or wish so)

11) We are not responsible for your luggage, personal money or belongings. We advise that if lockers are available in the hotel please use them. Do not have a luxury or expensive items with you whilst you are on holiday.

12) Tour Itinerary can be changed without prior notice, before or during the trip, due to unavoidable circumstances beyond our control such as Political Unrest, Natural Calamities etc. Further charges can be applicable for alternate arrangements and will be borne by Client. If client denies to pay and cancel the tour and make alternate arrangement on their own, NO REFUND will be given for unused part and NO COMPENSATION will be given.

13) This is the passenger's responsibility to have proper travel insurance up to 4500 metres including evacuation at high altitude in case of any emergency. NO TRAVEL WITHOUT COMPREHENSIVE TRAVEL INSURANCE. The passenger must provide us a copy of travel insurance before a start of the tour.

14) I accept and agree all risks associated with the journey and further agree to abide by the terms and conditions of Skylink Travel & Tours Ltd., as described here and its brochures and publication. In The event of illness, accident, weather, political unrest, flight cancellations due to reasons beyond our control, change in the airport or airlines taxes, cancellation of helicopter flight and other factors beyond their control, I will not hold Skylink Travel & Tours Ltd., its agents associate or employees responsible or liable for damages. I understand and I travel at my own risk.
