Gina Reyson, 35, manages 3 coconut farm plots that are certified organic. She has been part of the FarmerLink program since September 2016. She recalls that she started receiving SMS a month later, particularly the one on loans:
“I remember reading that you should not be paying off a loan by getting another loan.”
She also received the FarmerLink calendar where her husband now uses to write down their harvest schedule. From the calendar, Gina says she learned a lot on how to manage a coconut farm.
