The Program performs repair estimates on structures that are safe to enter and not demolished or partially demolished. Estimates are generated by Xactimate software based on the information collected by the Damage Assessor. Actual repair amounts will be subject to the Program’s Award Calculation which also factors in elements such as duplication of benefits and tiered award based on program phase.
