Place 1 litre of water into a bowl, pan or other container
Place 1 kg of rice in the bowl Leave to stand for 30 minutes in warm water or 1 hour in cold water
TO PREPARE SPELT AND BARLEY
Place 1.2 litres of BOILING WATER into a bowl, pan or other container
Place 300 g of product (barley or spelt) in the container and cover it to keep the water hot
Leave to stand for a maximum of 2 hours (with the lid on) until the water has absorbed completely.Suggestions: add 4 single servings according to taste (chives, basil and rosemary) to give even more flavour
