Confirmation Policy

- To secure your wedding date, the resort requires a 50% deposit of the chosen wedding package upon confirmation.

- To confirm all arrangements, the resort requires full payment of the total wedding cost 1 month prior to the wedding celebration.

Cancellations

- Cancellations made 30 days prior to wedding date, will be entitled to a full deposit refund.

- Cancellations made 15 days or less prior to wedding date, will be entitled to a 50% deposit refund.

- Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to wedding date, are non-refundable.

- A bank fee is required for refund payment payable to the bank not the resort.

- Refund procedure takes approximately 45-60 working days.

Terms & Conditions

- Only one wedding per day. Wedding dates are on a first come first serve basis.

- A date is not confirmed without a deposit and a documented confirmation from the wedding planner.

- All wedding package prices and extra services are current and valid up to December 2016.

- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

- The resort reserves the right to use photos and videos of the wedding couple for marketing purposes.
