1.2.6 PROCEDURAL STEPS

1.2.6.1 REGISTRATION OF SUPPLIER THROUGH GUEST LOG IN.

From the main TNB web site, suppliers are able to access the supplier tab/section to find the

registration link (Register as TNB Supplier) .

1. Click at the Register as TNB Supplier link and system will prompt the Registration of

Supplier screen. Suppliers will have to scroll down the screen to see more fields.

2. Fill in the required information for General Company Information section:

3. Select "Y" if your company is registered as Sales Tax and/or Service Tax supplier. Enter the

tax registration number accordingly in the corresponding fields.

Note : If your company is registered as Sales Tax and also Service Tax supplier, please enter both the Sales Tax Registration Number and Service Tax Registration Number in the fields above (even if both of the registration number is the same).

4. Click on Add button.

5. Fill in the Short Description and click on . Select the SST Registration Document

in .pdf format and click on .

Click on Add button to proceed.

6. At the Financial Information section, enter the followings:

Note: Supplier needs to upload company bank statement.

by TNB. There are various types of certificates required depending on the suppliers’ nature of

business:

Pusat Khidmat Kontraktor (PKK) Bumiputera Status

Kementerian Kewangan (KK) – Supply/Services

Kementerian Kewangan (KK) – Consultancy

Sijil Perolehan Kerja Kerajaan – CIDB SPKK

Perakuan Pendaftaran Kontraktor – CIDB PPK

contact person whom TNB will send the emails for any communication.

13. At the SSM – Board of Directors section, click on button to add the board of

Directors and fill in the information required.

15. At the SSM – Shareholders section, click on button to add the shareholders and

fill in the information required.

16. Finally, click on button below to add Item.

17. At Upload Documents section, click on button to upload SSM Certificate or

other additional attachments.

17.1 Fill in Upload Documents details

17.2 Click on button and choose your file. Please ensure you have the

scanned copy of the original certificate in .pdf format.

17.3 Click on button to upload the file. The uploaded file name will be

displayed.

17.4 Finally, click on button below to add Item.

18. At Necessary Certificates Provided check section, put a tick on the checkbox to

confirm that you have attached/uploaded the necessary certificates to TNB.

19. At Notes section, enter any notes or other information for TNB (this is optional).

20. [Optional] At Acknowledgement of Company’s Equity/Share section, tick at the

appropriate item and enter the necessary information.

18. At Data Privacy Statement, put a tick on the checkbox for “Yes, I have read the

disclaimer above” and click on button to submit your registration to TNB. Confirmation

Pop-up display message will be prompted to notify that the registration was successful.

Supplier’s contact person will receive a confirmation e-mail from TNB.

19. Click on button to close the application form.

20. Procedure is completed.
