Would you please check the form through carefully making any amendments (if necessary) and return back to us asap. It is obviously vitally important that our records are correct and up to date. In the event of bad weather i.e snow, or if we have to close the school, announcements will be made via text message, on the school website, twitter and on the local radio. Please send in any stamps you may have and pop them into our deposit box just outside the school office. Thank you. If you need to take your child out of school for an appointment i.e dentist/doctors or hospital would you please wherever possible bring in the appointment letter/card confirming this so that we can keep a note of this on our records. Thank you for your co- operation in this matter. Please do not bring any personal or items of value into school. We would hate for them to get lost or broken. Thank you.
