09:00 to 1:00 pm Master class with Prof. Jaya

Sekhar: Jeeva Swabhava - Intrinsic Karmic

Structure.

The concept of Free Will - The pure “Inner

Consciousness” encircled by “Budhi” (Discretion-

Decision process) creates the “Conditioned Will”. The

course of an individual’s life follows such a “Will” and

one eventually realises the three types of Karma -

Prarabdha, Sanchitha and Aaagamya following the law

of the Universe. How do we study it through Jyotish and

the birth chart,

1:00 to 2:30 Lunch will be served in the restaurant –

included in the cost.

2:30 to 5:30 Master class with Bill Sinclair:

Understanding Individual Karma through the

Mythology of the Rashi Swami Vivekananda has said that one’s “…character is

manufactured by Karma”. Since our Karma is recorded

in the birth chart, we can gain a detailed understanding

of a person’s character by studying the deities who rule

each of the signs of the chart. The signs of the birth chart

are energized by the Adityas who reflect unique aspects

of the Sun. Understanding the character and attributes of

the Adityas provides a key to understanding theessence

of each sign. Our class provides an opportunity to

examine each of the Adityas and see how their

characteristics harmonize with common attributes of the

signs.

Companionship Compatibility

Compatibility is assessed on different levels. The

material-physical level, the mental- psychological level

and most important the Spiritual level are to be

compared. If the aim is to establish a long lasting

relationship it is necessary that the partners have a

Karmic Equality (Paapa Punya Saamyam). If there has to

be a deep feeling of contentment in the relationship the

Spiritual level has to be established as this shows the

compatibility of the Subtle Inner Energies of the

partners.

Chidra Dasha – A Time for Transition

The end of Maha Dashas is known as Chidra dasha.

Chidra means faults or holes. Like a cloth that is well

worn may have holes, the dasha as it ends is worn out

and full of holes and an unprepared person may fall

through them. When Dashas change it has an immense

impact in our lives. In order to deal with this, the

astrologer needs to understand the last bhuktis of the

planets and the next dasha. There is weakness at the end

of each dasha as it is making changing into a new one. In

this workshop, Komilla will talk about these transition

times and how to work with them successfully

6:30pm: Evening trip to Kovalam Beach – time free to

shop and have dinner. Many wonderful places by the

sea.

Komilla Sutton is the co- founder and

Chair of the British Association for

Vedic Astrology (BAVA). She is an
