Funding from international institutions: ECOSYSTEM CONSERVATION AND INTERNATIONAL MANAGEMENT OF WATER RESOURCES OF THE MANO RIVER UNION. This union has the following countries (Côte d'Ivoire, Guinea, Liberia and Sierra Leone). I participate in this project as a representative of civil society in Côte d'Ivoire. The project is to preserve forest ecosystems of the Upper Guinea, through the adoption and implementation in multiple areas (water, forest management land and biodiversity) and a combination of corporate governance reform, strategic planning and cross-border cooperation, capacity building, awareness raising, demonstration of best practices, learning and knowledge exchange. The project was launched in Côte d'Ivoire on 18 and 19 February 2016 and brought together the focal points of the Global Environment Facility (GEF) and the representatives of four (4) countries covered by the project, the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN), the relevant national and regional partners and consultants in charge of the project.

Funding from national + international institutions: The Tisza River Basin riparian countries: Ukraine, Slovakia, Romania and Hungary have funded joint flood protection, an automated control system for flooding, common to all the riparian countries. In recent years it has had a positive effect and led to a decrease in losses from floods. The establishment of the system were involved national funds and international aid. Each country performed activities on its territory for a single coherent project in the Tisza River Basin countries.
