1303 J1303 J Street is surrounded by the City of Sacramento’s C3 Project. The C3 Project will bring an initial investment of nearly $400,000,000.00 to the 13th and J micro market focusing first on the renovation of the Memorial Auditorium, Community Center Theatre and The Sacramento Convention Center. This project will have a ripple effect within the 5-7 block radius surrounding 13th and J, spurring additional development and redevelopment in the form of multi-family housing, hotels, condos and retail/restaurants/nightlife. The goal is for this project to bring new life to the east quadrant of downtown, similar to what Golden1Center is doing to the west quadrant of Downtown. The 13th and J intersection is already one of the city’s most vibrant areas, and the future looks even brighter.
C3 Project

1303 JDowntown Sacramento has been enjoying a Resurgence with no signs of slowing down. Businesses once satisfied with suburban locations are relocating to the CBD to take part in its revitalization. Much of this activity can be directly attributed to the buzz surrounding the recently constructed Golden 1 Center, which is home to the NBA’s Sacramento Kings, and the amenities that surround it. The subject site is located in the midst of the expanding Convention Center, the soon-to-be-renovated Community Center Theatre and the soon-to-be-renovated and under-new-management Memorial Auditorium.
