Public Establishment of Electricity For Generation announce~ for the third time its 'need for designing, manufacturihg;·supplying, transporting, insuring, testing, executing civil works, erecting ,putting. into operation for all · equipment, machirteti.es and necessary tools for construction of one steam unit with a capacity of (300±10%) M.W works on fuel and/or natmal gas on turn- key basis in Aleppo Governorate including the supply of spare parts, tools and training personnel from PBEO externally and internally, with all needs to guarantee the safe operation and exploitation. In addition to provide the finance for this project through p~yment'.facilities with a rate not less thru>. 40% of the total value ofthe .projeCt_.!~·be paid in Syrian'pounds in payments (as clarified in the juridicaL:an<l financial book of conditions) during.the exec:ution period of the proJect and 60% of the total value of the project to be paid .. in Euro by deferred installments starting after putting the project into operation for a period not less than 7 years ( period and percentages· of payment facilities are ' considered a· preference ·element between offers). ·

Public.Establishment of Electricity For G~neration announces for the. third tinie its need for desigD.ing, manufacturing, supplying, transporting, insuring, executing all the needed works( eiv'il· mechanical-electrical- C&I), erecting ,calibrating, testing, putting into execution for equipment and systems with guarantee and submitting spare parts ahd necessary tools for rehabilitation of units no. 2,3 & 4 of Aleppo power plant on tum-key basis.

All firms are invited to participate in this call for tenders . This will be according to the ~onditions specified in the file of External Call For Tenders No.~34/Z018. · · . Those interested in participation can obtain a copy of the file from the contracts and loans department in the Establishment between 11-12.30 a.m, during the official business hours and against payment .of Euro(lOO) for foreigners and .Atabs non Syrian or 50000 Syrian pounds for Syrians .

- Execution period; /36/ months for the whole project ( 12 months for each unit) starting frorn the next day of commencement order. It will be considered as a preference element between the offers. - .Bid bond: /3 000 000/ Euro, only three millions Euro . - Performance Bond; 10% of the total value of the contract. - Criteria basis that will be used for tender evaluation will be as follows:
