Thenwelookintotheirsocialenvironmentbecausesocialenvironmentissoimportanttohealandpreventchronicinflammation,becauselonelinessandnegativesocialrelationshipsactuallyincreasecortisollevels,anddepresstheimmunefunction,andthen...again,allofthatworsensinflammation.Sohavinglikeloveandbygivingthemhugsandkisses,whichsometimesespeciallywhenyoudealwithakidwithchronicillnesses,it'sreallyhard,youknow,toobecausetheycanstartfeelinglonely,theycanstartfeeling,youknow,bythemselves.Ortheyevenhavetostartnegative.Wealwaysstartfocusingontheirnegative,soit'sreallykeytoobviouslyoptimizethatpositivityandfocusoneverythingthat'sgoingrightintheirlivesinsteadoffocusingonwhat'sgoingwrongintheirlives.Andsurroundingthemwithallthesepositivesocialrelationshipsandsupport,andlovecanreally,reallyheal.Becausethoselovedfeelingsreleaseshormonesintothebloodstreamthatstrengthensyourimmunesystemandimprovesyouroverallhealthandhealing.Sothatissomething,again,thatwe'retaughtbutsometimes,
