Flexible manufacturing, based on 5 high-tech production lines right in the heart of Germany, makes for short production times. Warehousing of approx. 100,000 radiators – and that's only in the HM Dingelstädt factory – intelligently networks manufacturer, wholesale and the trade. 1.

HM radiators have been manufactured in Dingelstädt, Thuringia – in the heart of Germany – for 20 years. Only the highest-quality steel is used during production; the automated high-tech manufacturing “Made in Germany” ensures consistent top quality.2.

Radiators should preferably be positioned beneath windows to compensate for falling cold air. Falling cold air occurs when warm room air cools on cold surfaces, such as windows, exterior walls, etc. Because cold air is heavier than warm air, it falls to the floor, leading to an unfavourable air flow. This falling cold air is countered by an upward, convective flow of warm air from the radiators.3.

A balanced distribution of convec-tion heat (for rapid heating up) and radiant heat (for lasting comfort) makes the panel radiators an ideal heat source.

What is important is not only the factual temperature but also the subjective feeling of warmth. This is determined by the radiant heat proportion and also by the fact that there is an identifiable heat source. HM radiators are optimised with re-gard to the radiant heat proportion while at the same time providing an elegant heat source in the room that can be felt.

CENTARA technology reduces the surface temperature of the side of the radiator that faces the wall. This cuts both heat loss (the heat is directed to where it is needed) and the out-put requirement – and energy consumption – while maintaining the same level of comfort. Moreover, the concentration of heat in the front panel leads to a noticeably quicker heating up of the room.

CENTARA and CLASSIC M both have a centre connection.

Standardised clearance from the wall for all radiator types allows for freer planning and a flexible approach at the construction site.

The broad water conduits of the GALANT provide for a uniformly warm surface. The unique Galant design, with its seamlessly integrated cover and permanently welded side parts, is also easily recognisable and a pleasing "business card" for a high-quality installation.7.

With a flat, aluminium front panel, the THEMA radiator easily becomes a remarkable but never-theless harmonious interior design element. The clear, modern design language presents visual accents in any indoor environment. Simultaneously, the thin aluminium radiating surface allows optimal heat distribution across the entire surface.8.

The elegant design of the GALANT and the modern appearance of the THEMA are also available as con-vection models (height: 200/350 mm) and as vertical models.

Depending on the circumstances, the thermostat head can be located on either the right or left side of the radiator. With the compact and valve models, the radiator can be turned; with models that have a centre connection, the thermostat head can be mounted on the right or left side.10.

Mounting the radiator without brackets but using quick-mount rails – not visible beneath the cover – provides for variable, rapid installation.11.

A cover that is easily removable without any tools ensures sustainable convective output. Dust balls that form in the convection channels, which can lead to significant performance loss in the long run, can be easily removed.12.

The environmentally friendly, three-coat painting sustainably protects against damage and rust. Thanks to our state-of-the-art painting facility, we can produce radiators within 48 hours in 12 special colours and 3 premium colours (daily production volumes).13.

HM Heizkörper has repeatedly introduced innova-tive products to the market, which have shaped an entire sector. In the L-O-T thermal battery, a latent heat storage system suitable for potable water was developed. It can be combined with regenerative energy sources and thus contributes to a more environmentally conscious lifestyle.14.14.
