INTRODUCTION Other than equipping students with the necessary skills, Career & Counselling
Centre has taken the initiative to stage CaIREx in order to assist UiTM
graduates carving their career path.
OBJECTIVES 1. To provide a venue where employers get to meet their prospective
employee.
2. To enable employers to deliver latest career information to future
workforce.
3. To establish and sustain good rapport between employers and UiTM.

4. Payment
Payment of RM in Crossed Cheque / Bank Draft payable to
BENDAHARI UNIVERSITI TEKNOLOGI MARA (CaIREx 2018) is enclosed.
5. Rules & Regulations
a. ADHERENCE TO UiTM CODE OF CONDUCT:-
i. UiTM is a free-smoking zone
ii. Participants shall display their ID while on campus.
iii. Participants must wear proper and descent attire
iv. Activities should be restrained to career objectives and
recruitment purposes only. Sales and products promotions
are strictly prohibited.
b. CANCELLATION : All space cancellations must be received in
writing prior to Wednesday, May, 2 2018 . For last minute
cancellation, penalty fee will be charged accordingly.
c. ATTENDANCE : The participants (or company representatives) are
expected to be present at their respective booth throughout the
program from 8.30 a.m to 4.30 p.m. Kindly avoid the booth
(exhibition and interview) from being left unattended.
d. LIABILITY : Every reasonable precaution will be taken to ensure
security and safety of participants belonging. However, the
organizer will not accept responsibility for any injuries, loss of or
damage to exhibits, equipment's or decorations by any cause.
e. Your participation is confirmed upon payment received by
May 2, 2018. Should the Exhibitor fail to complete payments prior to the
commencement of the event, the Organizer is entitled to cancel the
reservation while cancellation will be subjected to cancellation fees
accordingly to the booth purchased.
