AT-PAC’s unique & disruptive execution philosophy can beused with either a self-perform or sub-contract laborstrategy for scaffolding and is based on our Core Fourmanagement principles:

These Core Four management principles drive ourmanagement process and software which will change theway that scaffolding is managed, executed and perceivedon large industrial projects around the globe.

GSS EXECUTION PHILOSOPHY

LEVERAGE - CONTROL - ACCOUNTABILITY - VISIBILITY

Page 9: 1506 GSS

PRINCIPLE 1 | LEVERAGE

LEVERAGE

Typically the scaffold labor & supply is consolidated intoone scaffolding subcontract. By separating the scaffoldsupply from the labor, the LEVERAGE immediately shifts tothe holder of the scaffold asset allowing for bettermanagement or even removal of an underperformingscaffold subcontractor or labor crew without the financialrisk of buying out, dismantling and/or demobilizing thescaffold assets on the project.

Page 10: 1506 GSS

Copyright ©2015 Atlantic Pacific Equipment Inc. All Rights Reserved. 10

CONTROL

By CONTROLLING the distribution and issue of the scaffolding assets on the project, the trade contractors and scaffolding labor contractors must comply with the management process in order to erect, modify, or dismantle scaffold.

PRINCIPLE 2 | CONTROL

Page 11: 1506 GSS

ACCOUNTABILITY

By creating a multi-crew execution strategy for the scaffold labor creates real time benchmarking and a competitive environment on the project holding each team ACCOUNTABLE for their performance.

PRINCIPLE 3 | ACCOUNTABILITY

Page 12: 1506 GSS

VISIBILITY

By implementing our custom streamlined Software System(HiVis), GSS can provide the project with VISIBILITYthrough real time KPI dashboards and data analysis. Thiscutting edge technology brings order to chaos and createstransparency project wide allowing the scaffoldmanagement team to identify inefficiencies and costsaving opportunities on the project.

PRINCIPLE 4 | VISIBILITY

The Streamlined HiVis custom software system underpins the GSS management process by giving project management the VISIBILITY to better manage and control the scaffolding work process without impacting the construction schedule thorough:

VETTING SCAFFOLD REQUEST Reducing costs by vetting scaffold request before allocating

resources

Having scaffold request within the system allows management to vet each request against existing requests for scaffold service.

This will drastically eliminate rework and ensure scaffold request are actually in sync with the overall construction plan that reducing unnecessary scaffold builds.
