The 5th Myanmar Business Conference from May 15 to 19 2012 in Yangon and Nay Pyi Taw has just
been successfully concluded.
Delegates have already begun pursuing projects offered by 12 ministries and many exciting
projects are in the pipeline.
FBC Group in Singapore organised the inaugural Myanmar Business Conference series since 1995.
The conference programmes provides foreign businessmen with the opportunity to be briefed by the
Authorities in Myanmar on the prevailing policy related to foreign business.
The 1st Myanmar Business conference 1995 was jointly organised with Myanmar Ministry of Trade
in Yangon and attended by delegates from many countries. The Minister for Trade, officiated the
conference.
More Myanmar Business Conferences were organised in Singapore, Malaysia and Yangon with
Officials from various Ministries, Accountants, Lawyers and Yangon based foreign companies
providing advice and assistance to match foreign business with Myanmar local companies to explore
business opportunities. Myanmar Ambassadors based in Singapore and Malaysia Officiated the
Opening of the Conference with Key Note Address.
Due to overwhelming request, FBC organised a dedicated Myanmar Business Trip to Yangon in 1997
and among the delegations were international banks, companies with varies interests and
representatives of Regional Headquarter Companies based in Singapore and Hongkong, Traders,
Multinational Companies, local businesses from Asean countries, etc.

Conference COST: Singapore $1,480 or (US$1200.00) per delegate
(Fee - includes conference notes, luncheon and 2 coffee break daily). This fee DOES NOT cover airfare
and/or accommodation.
Early Registration (limited seats) before June 22, 2012: S$1280 (US$1050) per delegate.
Hotel Accommodation: The organiser encourages all delegates to book their hotel room early, where
necessary.
DISCOUNT: For every two confirmed delegates within the same organisation, the third delegate will receive a Singapore
$200.00 discount if registration is done at the same time.
CONFIRMATION: All registrations will receive an invoice for payment. Registration is not confirmed until payment is
received. Upon confirmation full details will be forwarded via email or fax.
CANCELLATION: Cancellation will be accepted if received in writing two weeks prior to the start date of the conference. A
cancellation fee of Singapore $300.00 will be charged. After this date you may elect to nominate a
replacement or to receive the conference documentation, but no refund will be made.
REGISTER EARLY: Due to limited capacity at conference venue, you are encouraged to register early
