The bathroom design offers an elegant combination of contrasts with white feature tiles, custom lighting, a curvilinear basin and

distinctive black frame for the bathroom shower screen.

Pendant LightInspired by the simplicity of Art Deco forms, the kitchen and bathroom lights combine linear and geometric shapes with a soft glowing light.

Island BenchThe corners of the stone benchtop curve to align with the form below, linked by vertical repetition. Choose between a chrome or matt black kitchen mixer.

Display ShelfStems of folded brass support a slimline shelf.

RangehoodThe rangehood shroud, with aligning shelf detail, mimics the movement and form of the island bench, reinforcing the holistic nature of each bespoke element.

Linear architectural forms blend in harmony with internal curved surfaces, establishing a holistic language linking the inside and out. Bespoke interior details designed by Mim include custom lighting, display shelf, stone benchtops and timber floorboards throughout. Together with clever apartment planning, these residences are liveable and unique.

The founder of Nack Developments, Athena Panias, grew up in the inner north and is passionate about this constantly evolving pocket of Melbourne. Now, Athena is giving something beautiful back to Northcote – and that is Noco.

Athena has been a driving force behind Noco from the moment of its inception, managing, refining and directing each step of the design process, pushing boundaries and accepting only the highest calibre of results. She has worked tirelessly with Kyriacou Architects and Mim Design to create a collection of homes that are authentic, real and worthy of the community.

The brief was simple and direct: the design elements must reflect individuality, timeless elegance and respect for the current environment.

From the beginning, the idea of a ‘home’ has been at the forefront of their design process with a focus on well considered spaces that deliver function and comfort. The result is a beautifully designed collection of homes that showcase elegant fittings, fixtures and bespoke design items.

Athena feels privileged to be in a position to give back to the community. As such, a percentage of the profits from Noco will be used to launch a foundation that supports people struggling with mental health issues.

There is no other Northcote.
