Stormwater Management Needs• University is an MS4• Meet B3 requirements for volume reduction and rate control• Meet City of Minneapolis rate control for connection permit

Why Harvested Rainwater?• Infiltration not desirable • Re-use a viable method for volume reduction • Meets the sustainability goals for the building and institution• A 600 bed facility with LOTS of toilets = opportunity!

Overflow storage: ~ 530 ft of lined StormTechMC-3500 chambers

Rainwater mainly from roof drains
