DESCRIPTION:

wooden stables at the East end.
PLANNING DESIGNATION:
The land is currently in the Green Belt with a presumption against development.
However there have been discussions regarding a residential development adjoining the
land to the north and east. Purchasers must take their own advice as to the prospects. SINC DESIGNATION
The paddock has a designation as a Site of Importance for Nature Conservation
(SINC) which is intended to protect the flora and fauna and has restrictions on
further development.
