Tour,” so get keen folks! If you have got any good jokes

for the Agoonoram come swing by V.C. for a good time.

On behalf of the organisers of this event, the

Agoonoram team would like to welcome all

Scouts, Guides and Guests to Agoonoree 2016.

BP Park was crawling with Scouts and Guides

this morning looking for their campsites, finding

their new troop leaders and meeting their new

patrol members, and judging by this exciting

day one, this will be a camp to remember. Any

passing helicopter would be astounded at the

sheer number of tents erected by the Scouts,

Guides, Venturers, Rovers and Leaders, and we

would like to congratulate them all on the effort

put into the first day of camp. We would like to

wish all leaders good luck, and we hope that the

Guests and their assisting Scouts and Guides

have the time of their lives in the first week of

this hard-earned school holiday.

REMINDERS

To avoid any unfortunate occurrences, please abide

by the following camp regulations.

Wear hats, scarfs and name tags at all times

Wear sunscreen during the day

Mind the 30cm rule

Watch your language

Never miss an opportunity for food

Fun (not optional)

Don’t dehydrate. Drink water. Be safe.

Be friendly to everyone (or Bob will find you…

Opening Ceremony

We had an amazing opening ceremony last night. It was great to learn how Agoonoree started in 1979. It was also so fantastic to see just how many people are attending Agoonoree this year. We hope that everyone will enjoy the activities that are here this year, such as water activities and even abseiling! As well as that we hope that everyone makes lots of new friends and in general, enjoys the whole camp.

We hope everyone had a

need it because today is

going to be full of lots of

great activities. Have Fun.
