    Lesson Summary

    This lesson is designed to focus on grammar with the integration of listening, speaking,

    and writing. At the beginning of the lesson teacher will make 4 students to get 4 cardsfrom another teacher that contains preposition. In the next activity, students will be

    working in pair and a passage will be given. They will have to circle the 4 prepositions

    that can be found in the passage. Then teacher will explain the meaning of preposition.

    Then teacher will play a game where students have to locate picture cards that can be

    found in the classroom and remember where they found it. Later, students are asked to

    complete a task from their workbook. As for the closure, teacher recaps the lesson by

    asking what they have learnt. Teacher tells the pupils what is the moral value of the

    lesson.

    STAGES TEACHING AND LEARNING PROCEDURE REMARKS

    Set Induction

    (5 minutes)

    1. Teacher enters the class and greets the

    students.

    2. Teacher reminds the students about their

    class rules.

    3. Teacher selects 4 students from the class.

    4. Teacher instructs these 4 students to go to

    the staffroom, one by one to meet one of the

    teachers there that will past them something.

    ( Teacher Joyce)5. Before the lesson, teacher has already

    informed Teacher Joyce about the activity.

    Activity 1

    (10 minutes)

    1. After getting the materials from Teacher

    Joyce, these 4 students are asked to paste

    them on the board.

    2. Teacher asks the students to sit in pairs.

    3. Teacher will then distribute a passage to

    every pair.

    4. Every pair will have to look for the words that

    have been pasted on the board and circle

    them.

    5. After completing the task, teacher explains

    what Prepositions is.

    (15 minutes)

    1. Teacher asks the students to close their

    eyes.

    2. The teacher will then place 17 animal picture

    cards around the classroom.

    3. After doing that, teacher asks the students to

    open their eyes.

    4. With the same pairs from Activity 1, teacher

    instructs every pairs to look for 1 animal card

    and remember where did they found the

    card.

    5. Later, teacher will ask every pair to tell where

    they found the picture cards.

    (25 minutes)

    1. Teacher gets the students to get ready with

    their workbook.

    2. Teacher instructs them to open up to page

    59 and complete the task.

    3. Teacher will facilitate the students.
