We say welcome to Tehuacán Puebla y Veracruz Ver. Where the activities begin this year. Dra. Rosalinda Montes began with a talk about “the great gift of water for your health”, for this we brought a small surprise for a widow woman who.

Had some years suffering by her born certificate without this she couldn't have processed her identity card ( I F E ) her low schooling , low economical resources.

Avoided solving this situation. When the little she-wolf knew about this she immediately began to work on it with success and she obtained the widow woman born certificate. It was our present of beginning activities.

We realized that there are much more persons than we imagine that don't have personal documents, and it will be one of our missions to help people obtain their personal documents.

We have the structure for do these types of procedures from México City to the country or vice versa. We are practically in all parts of the Mexican Republic .

Implementing these kinds of actions we could be more useful to our peole.

On the other hand the 2nd art clown festival was carried out by the clownsClub of Mexico it was for children's vacations in July, in this way they can see a free and quality show. Supporting the family economy. However the Politic Delegations and culture houses program activities at the same time of the festival, fact that causes the children's absent. But this year we are going to add a new category we are going to include an allegorical paradise for the festival open ing f r om P laza de l a C o n s t i t u c i ó n t o D e p o r t i v o Venustiano Carranza in the Political Delegation of same name.

Some evens made the audience was so poor in the paradise, First of all the Cuauhtémoc Political Delegation never gave the impotence that it had.

Then the personnel d idn ' t understand the meaning of this activityand they spend an eternity in gave us the permits.

Finally 2 days before the paradise they called us for deny the permits, because there was a more important by Civil Protection.

Thing that honesty disturbed us, not just for the refusal, moreover we think that all the activities are important the way of giving us the refusal was very nice; pitifully there are bad government employers that blocked the efforts of the citizens.

Government administrations come and go and the way they try the public is worse, I remember that some years ago there was only one office called “ oficialia de tramites” where you arrive and began to do your formalities, 10 or 15 days after you had a solution , but if it passed more than 30 days and they don't gave you an answer you got the permission in automatic . it is contained in the administration rules . We did the formalities with months advance even this we had many troubles.

First the government employers lost our documents

Then them they told us that we committed many mistakes in the in the filling out of them.

The worst was that they almost give us a fine for following their instructions. Moreover we had to sent photocopies over here and over there, but no-one knew anything about our formalities, because any-one had had any idea about them. no-one hasn't received them.

I n t h e l a s t g o v e r n m e n t administrations there were a maximum of 3 persons who brought the mails to the convenient office they are about 15 persons actually Tit supposed that they are guiding you , but it's not true at all, since the moment that they don't know what they doing , also they try you in a bad mood ( all of them).

Imagine after 3 months going and coming and no-one give you a solution really you turn into a mad person about their “ Oficialia Unica de Tramites”. Waiting for an answer is an other Calvary above all because the immediately boss prefers to talk about his personal issues than assist the people that is waiting for hours in a very long line.

All this makes to remember the TV old-fashioned programs “ the no hay, no hay” and secretary “ si, si”.

What a big difference between “ Espectáculos Públicos “ pf the same Political Delegation , without their help we never can releaser the parade but Civil Protection and “ Ventanilla Unica “ really dull to the others government employers

Well this is only about Cuauhtémoc Political Delegation ,because there is a big abysm of difference between this and the Venustiano Carranza Delegation in the 2nd one they spent only 3 days, yes you are reading right just 3 days for have ready our formalities. Only as a comment in Venustiano Carranza Delegation we had programmed different events for 3 days and in the Cuauhtémoc Delegation we only stayed there for about an hour, only the necessary time fro join all the persons involved in the show and walked from “ Pino Suárez” to “Republica Del Salvador” It was necessary to count with public medical service, and personnel of public security, this was practically impossible due to the Delegation that has to give the permission was Cuauhtémoc.I am doing my best for trying to understand why this d e l e g a t i o n a s k e d t h e s e requirements if they know that they are the first in set shackles and transform the quite persons furious, anger, etc ones.

In an other way, they don't know our Political Constitution..They forget our civil rights of quite meetings and free transit. Well all it almost ma de us to yell fro help and protection of a superior authority., fortunately the Central Department takes part on it, and its intervention gave us a good taste of mouth .They only asked me to change the point of departure instead of left of Plaza De la Constitución we have to do it from República del Salvador y Pino Suárez . we did't have any inconvenient . the change affected us a little because we know about ir a day before of paradise . if the Cuauhtémoc Delegation has the same quality of desition of Venustino Carranza one we hadn't passed all we passed

I hope that some-one tells to the Cuautémoc delegate what kind of collaborates he has, because I don't believe that he has given the command for this awful treatment towards the citizens, maybe when he'll take active part on all this horrible situation ; the responsible of Civil Protection will get down of his brick where himself set and understand that he is in that place for making easier and no more difficult the formalities of the citizens, he has to realize that he is a government employer , not the master of lords of lives and the

treasure department and he contaminates his personnel that is more occupied in listen their radios, sending messages by the cellular or asking who is going to go for the tortas that day, but in the assistance of the citizen it passé to 3rd or 4th place.

We said what a day moment when we decide to organize the parade of course whit bad words, but as we are so decent and nice wolves we won't repeat them. Please if you want to organize a public event in the Cuauhtémoc Delegation begin to pray an d more if you aren't influential like we aren't . I think even you pray to all virgins the people on this place can change their attitude.

If you will do a public event it's better to do it in Venustiano Carranza Delegation there you are going to avoid many bad experiences

Well after this Calvary, finally we could do our parade and we hope it won't be the last. We are going to avoid pass for Cuauhtémoc Delegation, because one bad experience is enough for us.

There were 3 great days where attended children of all nursing houses and they enjoyed

everything such as clowns, presents, etc. It was a terrific party. I have to thank with a lot admiration to the “ Federación Mexicana De Bandas De Guerra” for its dedication, discipline and enthusiasm. It was so nice to see children no older than 12 years walking about 3 kilometers without complain, with gallantry and rate. really is meritorious the work of the teachers and the members. Thanks a lot fro your participation and support.

An other gratitude for the Public Security elements that companied us furthermore by the speed that assisted our request of support. It was after we obtained our authorization of you know who, it was given us on Friday and the parade was on Sunday, it didn't matter to them. They were there ready to help us .

Don't going to think that is a bad will against the authorities of Cuauhtémoc delegation, but is necessary that you know what is happening, perhaps there will be some-one that can do something for return its dignity to a delegation that distinguished for offer support to institutions like us focused in spread funny and free activities.

It´s not valid that there are people doing nothing for the others, get so fun blocking the efforts of the citizen.

After the riding of kings 2011 we finished with a festival in the León Guanajuato city we gave toys and candies to 200 children of the “ Piecitos Descalzos” institution, that this year opens it's doors for assist children with street problems, interfamily violence, and behaviors directed by our good friend Graciela Espinoza Becerra.

Maybe the 2010 year was a Little compl icate by the nat ional economy, well I don't give you all the good news that we want, but the enthusiasm for continuous working won't be less. Word of blue wolves.
