ABOUT THE HOST: ACEB

The Association of Consulting Engineers Botswana, founded in 1984, is the voice of the consulting engineering industry in Botswana. Membership is voluntary and open to local and international firms operating in Botswa-na, with a current membership of more than 40 firms. The services provid-ed by ACEB member firms include civil, structural, infrastructure, mechanical, electrical, water/sewer, and geotech-nical engineering, as well as contract and project management. FIDIC-GAMA 2020 SPONSORSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The FIDIC-GAMA 2020 Infrastructure Conference (“Conference”) is hosted by the Association of Consulting Engineers Botswana (“Host”) and is organised by African Agenda (“Conference Organiser”).

Completion of the Booking Form shall be considered a commitment to purchase the sponsorship/exhibition items. Upon receipt of a Booking Form, the Conference Organiser will send the prospective Sponsor/Exhibitor a contract, the itemised benefits, and an invoice.

VATPrices listed herein are net. Neither the Conference Organiser nor the Host is a VAT-registered entity.

TERMS OF PAYMENTPayment is due within 10 days of receipt of the invoice. Should payment not be received within 10 days, the Conference Organiser will be entitled to cancel the booking. Cancellation will be subject to the cancellation fees defined below. Any bookings made after 9 March 2020 will require immediate settlement of invoice.

CANCELLATION/MODIFICATION POLICYCancellation or modification of sponsorship/exhibition items must be made in writing to the Conference Organiser.The Conference shall retain:

• 10% of the invoiced amount if the cancellation/modification is made on or before 20 January 2020.• 50% of the invoiced amount if the cancellation/modification is made between 21 January 2020 and 9 March 2020. • 100% of the invoiced amount if the cancellation/modification is made on or after 9 March 2020.
