PROJECT DESCRIPTION

ESSAY:Applicants are required to submit a 500 word essay using the following topic. Essays must be typed. How important is leadership and teamwork in making your community a better place to live, and in what ways have you demonstrated being a MVP—most valuable player—in your community?

Essay will be judged accordingly—Content and Appropriateness to Theme–35%; Originality and Creativity–25%; Grammar and Vocabulary–25% and Overall style - 15%.

DESIGN:Design an original piece of artwork showing how you are a MVP in your community on the provided Sprite Bottle Design Template attached or download a copy from www.nba.com/bulls.

Design will be judged accordingly—Sprite Bottle Artwork: Relevance to topic (showing how you are a MVP in your community)–45%; Creativity–35%, Quality of Entry–20%.

DEADLINE:Applications must be RECEIVED no later than February 1, 2016. Late applications will not be processed.
