11 That after the epiry of the settled period, if oth the parties m/t/ally areed to etend

this rent deed for any f/rther period, then a fresh rent deed shall e ot ee%/ted et2eenthe aoe said parties, on the fresh terms and %onditions and if the first party 2ill not

aree to ie the said premises on rent for any f/rther period then the se%ond party shall

e o/nd to a%ate the said premises and delier the a%t/al, physi%al and a%antpossession of the said premises to the first party immediately, 2itho/t any prior noti%e in

this reard and if the se%ond party does not a%ate the said premises then the first party

shall e entitled to et the said premises a%ated from the se%ond party thro/h the %o/rtof la2, and in the eent of %o/rt pro%eedins, all the epenses of the first party, shall epayale y the se%ond party.
