the context of the Seventh day Adventist tradition.

Proceedure for Pilot Program Proceedure for Pilot Program

• Conference Director selects the Pastors who will determine the two churches for the pilot program.

• Conference Director discusses the program with the Pastor.

• The Pastor discusses the program with his Elders and Church Board.

• The Pastor presents the program to the church.

• The Board selects the Director for the program and establishes the executive committee.
