'Nith reference to the Authority's RFP No 01/2011-12 dated W November 201 1 all conce rned are hereby informed that the clarifications on the issues raised in the pre-bid conference have been uploaded on the AERA webs it (www.aera.gov.in) along with a copy of the draft agreement. The comments of the prospective bidders on the draft agreement are welcome and shall be admitted up to 9"December 2011 . The draft agreement is only indicative and may undergo changes as per the ab olute discretion of the Authority. However no clarifications will be issued on the draft agreement.

No further quenes shall , normally, be entertained on the RFP.

Consequently the due date for submission of the RFP stands extended to 16 December 2011 by 1500hrs and the bid opening will be done at 1530 hrs. The Technical Presentations will be held on 22'" December 2011 from 1000hrs onwards.
