Mexico OutreachClearCheck™ SLP

Shofu recently responded to customer CathyBerenz RDH’s request for contributions andparticipated in charitable outreach efforts inJuarez, Mexico. Berenz, a hygienist fromColorado Springs, Colorado, coordinated theAugust 2008 trip to treat children withprofessional cleanings, fluoride and sealants.Using Clear Check SLP donated by Shofu,over 300 sealants were placed.

Berenz said, “We had an amazing trip…! Itwas an astounding success! It was rewarding,physically challenging, and obviouslyvery emotional!”

Utilizing one of the most effective forms ofpreventive dentistry, sealants were placedon about 100 children using Clear CheckSLP, Shofu’s clear pit and fissure sealant.
