Dear Friends and Neighbors,
On behalf of our entire St. George Greek Orthodox Church
family, we are thrilled to welcome you back to our 2nd annual
Jersey Shore Greek Festival. Our Church complex has been
designed to portray a Greek Village, with the Church at its center.
For Greek Orthodox Christians, our faith and our Church are
central to who we are and how we live our lives.
Thank you for spending some time with us at our Festival…
enjoy the Greek homemade food and pastries, shop in our agora
& bookstore, let the kids enjoy the rides and games, and watch
our young people perform authentic Greek dancing -- feel free to
join them for a round of Kalamatiano! We know you will have a
great time!!! OPA!
We would also like to take this opportunity to thank our
event sponsors and all those who labored tirelessly to make this
weekend a reality. It would not be a success without each and
every one of you!
Some of you may be Greek; however for those who are not,
we hope that you take this opportunity to be “Greek for a Day!”
We look forward to making this festival an annual tradition for
both you and for your family and friends.
May God bless you all,
Rev. Andrew Eugenis Spiro Pappas George Moutis
