Integration with SICEP security software for alarm processing.

Use Ritm hardware in your current security software designed by the SICEP company or by third parties.

Contact security devices allow to transmit messages into third party systems by the following ways:

• in Surgard protocol through TCP/IP-connection;

• in Contact ID protocol through PSTN-connection.

The easiest way of integration is transmitting in Surgard protocol through TCP/IP-connection. It doesn’t require any additional equipment. The alarm processing software should just support the Surgard incoming protocol.

Additionally the solution allows to transmit the following events generated by the receiving software included in GEO.RITM:

• event on normal connection termination;• event on connection loss;• event on connection setup.

If SICEP DD-2 with PSTN-channel for event receiving in Ademco ContactID protocol is installed than the PSTN SICEP integrator allows to transmit data from the GEO.RITM system.

The PSTN SICEP Integrator is a broker between GEO.RITM and your own SICEP software.

Also the integrator is used for event transmitting to other systems supporting Ademco ContactID reception through wired phone lines.

Contact GSM-5 allow to control up to 16 independent partitions.

The security control panel operates with 16 resistive scheme zones and 8 dry contact zones. This number is enough for providing security of a small office, a cottage or a flat. Supports 2- and 4-wire detectors of any types.

Data transmission through GSM GPRS and LAN ensures permanent panel connection to the monitoring software. Allows to get information about broken connections or attempts to suppress GSM-signal early.

Contact GSM-5 also optionaly allow to transmit messages through wired phone lines.

Security control panelswith the built-in power supplyfor working with the wired devices.

The reliability of power supply is very important at the real estate protection. The real estate property is left unsecured if there are a long-term power outage occurs and the security system does not have a backup battery or it cannot cope with the load.

In such cases, you should to pay your attention to the Contact GSM-5A v.2; the security control panel with the built-in backup power supply unit and in the case with a special compartment for a battery of 1.2Ah or 7Ah.

Contact GSM-5A v.2 is equipped with 8 inputs for connecting 16 hardwired zones, which can be combined into the security areas.

The facility is armed by different ways:

• Touch memory key;• Mifare smart cards or smartphones with the

NFC running on Android when it’s connecting MIF0, MIF2 and MIF3 readers;

Control panels that will keep you cozy.

All versions of Contact GSM-14 allows to provide security of a flat, a house or another facility saving their design and comfort — the wireless system does not require wiring to detectors.

The panel operates with a radio system which includes wireless detectors, radio keyfobs and radio keypad. This allows to streamline and facilitate mounting and setup of the security system. Allows to control up to 8 independent partitions and up to 32 different wireless detectors.

Due to the increasing number of flats equipped with wireless Wi-Fi routers we also have designed the Contact GSM-14 Wi-Fi and Contact GSM-14A Wi-Fi panel. It operates with additional wireless equipment: Wi-Fi siren and Wi-Fi relay. Also it transmits data to the monitoring software using home Internet.

This panels controls up to 3 hardwired zones as a wired dry contact type or up to 6 resistive hardwired zones and up to 6 security partitions.

The Contact-9K unlike with the pannel Contact GSM-9N contains the backup battery type 18650 with 2500 mAh capacity and works, when the main power is switched off. The security control panel transmits events to a software of the security provider or to a cellular phone as SMS.

You can connect the KB2 wired keypads to operate panels using the personal passwords.

A wireless temperature detector monitors the temperature at the guarded facility. It informs you of the necessity for to warm up or, conversely, cool down the room.

The detector operates with the Contact GSM-14, Contact GSM-14A, Contact GSM-14K and Contact GSM-16 devices.

All events are transmitted from the security panel via SMS messages and the GEO.RITM application (including a mobile app on Android and iOS).

This temperature detector helps to keep the object’s heating system intact, if the ambient temperature drops below zero, and your immediate participation is required, for example, its forced start.

Specifications: A wireless detector protects an apartment, cottage or any other object from the flooding. Several water leakage sensors can be connected to one detector to monitor the different parts of room.

GEO.RITM PROTEC TION SCHEDULE

Use GEO.RITM to find out if the object is guarded or not.

Create the schedules that best describe the object’s operation schedule and assign them to protected partitions. It is possible to use a single schedule for all partitions or an individual schedule for each.

An individual schedule allows you to control the arming of several rooms, which the operating hours are differ: the warehouse operating hours could be around-the-clock and differ from, for example, a selling floor works from 8:00 to 22:00.

In addition, the schedule allows you to limit the time spent in a disarmed state.

Alarm processing window is the main interface for security provider dispatcher operation.

The alarm window displays the full facility details required to process an alarm. The system allows to enable or disable using other system interfaces by the dispatcher.

The Log tab allows to log all dispatcher actions related to alarm processing. Any alarm processing operation (facility selection, typical comment printing, RRT calling etc.) is just 1-2 mouse clicks.

In the same window, the dispatcher is informed of the nearest rapid response team and intended route of its movement to the object.

RRT Group 01/05 arrived at object

Streamline your communication with your security provider rapid response teams (RRT) and alarm processing using GEO.RITM monitoring system and Ritm Guard application.

The security provider dispatcher is able to see on the map locations of all RRTs equipped with tablets having Ritm Guard Android-application installed. GEO.RITM shows to the dispatcher a list of the nearest RRTs which can be dispatched to a secure facility.

Accepting the call is performed with one button click and recording of RRT arriving is performed automatically with registration in the alarm processing log.

To avoid disturbing an RRT driver the application features voice messages related to losing or restoring connection with the monitoring software.

The RRT can access only data related to the current facility and only in the moment of responding: the data is not saved on the tablet.

GEO.RITM DRIVING AND PARKING REPOR T

Driving and parking report is designed to control routes and targeted use of your vehicles and allows to reduce exploitation costs by 20%. Create a report for the required period of time and be aware how your employees use their working time and company vehicles.

This report allows to understand why some employees are late or need more time to fulfill assignments, to discover unproven car demurrages and deviations from planned routes.

The report shows details on stop places including stop duration and details on driving including driving time, average speed and mileage.

GEO.RITM MILEAGE REPORT

Mileage report is useful for quick analysis of your vehicle fleet workload and estimation of every vehicle utilization rate. Based on mileage data you can calculate labor compensation or car benefit. The GEO.RITM system assists in getting this data.

The report can be created for an optional time range by vehicle or vehicle group.

To get detailed information about a certain object click a link with the required object name and go to the driving and parking report.

GEO.RITM web-based interface allows to configure devices installed at stationary objects remotely.

Configuring via GEO.RITM is the same to configuring via USB-cable. The cable is no longer needed.

GEO.RITM allows to update firmware of your control panel to the most recent version easily.

GEO.RITM allows to configure any settings: for example change, add or delete user codes, configure security zones, arm/disarm real estate property.

All these actions do not need visiting the facility in person, the control panel just must be connected to the monitoring software.

GEO.RITMREMOTE CONFIGURATION OF CONTROL PANELS

The administration system allows to:

• create user accounts in the monitoring system;

• add stationary and mobile objects;

• assign user rights to view, edit and control selected object groups;

• create rapid response teams, authorize users to use these teams.

The administration system helps to provide users access to required system features only: reports, zones, object groups, tags.

As the GEO.RITM appearance depends on these settings the user is unaware of inaccessible features.
