Kanishk Saxena is leading HVAC department as Associate since 2007. An astute professional with 12+ years of progressive experience in HVAC Design with reputed organizations.

He has vast experience in heading large projects in the areas of HVAC design and supervision of high rise commercial, residential, Hotels and public building projects in India.

He is deft in leading various stages of HVAC design, coordination, Design development and construction activities with respect to MEP, encompassing conceptualization & preparation of schematic design, detail design, tender presentation, contract finalization, site supervision.

He worked as Project Manager during the year 2007-2010 with architect SOM, USA, for the client Lake Plaza Hotels Limited, for design of a Green rated Hotel-THE PARK in Hyderabad.

He has also been responsible for Conducting reviews covering various issues such as adequacy of design, aesthetics, alternate design study, operations & maintenance and design life.
