I riduttori V.S.F. della serie MRV possono essere montati in qualsiasi posizione e ruotare nei due sensi. I motoriduttori V.S.F. si accoppiano con motori elettrici IEC. di qualsiasi marca. Il riduttore può essere fornito completo di motore in forma B5 o B14, o predisposto per attacco motore (PAM).I riduttori a Vite Senza Fine della serie MRV Modulare in alluminio coprono le grandezze da interasse 30 a interasse 80. Grazie alla modularità degli accessori come piedi e flange applicabili direttamente sui coperchi pendolari, questa serie garantisce il massimo della flessibilità con investimenti di magazzino molto contenuti.La serie MRV Pesante in ghisa è una delle pochissime del mercato a coprire anche taglie inferiori all’interasse 90. La fabbricazione in ghisa offre le migliori garanzie in termini di resistenza per le applicazioni più impegnative.
CASSALa cassa è in alluminio UNI 5076 per la serie modulare ed in ghisa G25 per la serie pesante (GS400 per la taglia 150), ad alta resistenza e perfetta tenuta stagna.
VITE SENZA FINE - CORONALa vite senza fine è costruita in acciaio 18NiCrMo4, temprata e rettificata. La corona elicoidale è costruita in lega speciale di bronzo su mozzo in ghisa.
ANELLI DI TENUTASpeciali organi di tenuta impediscono l’infiltrazione di acqua e polvere dall’esterno all’interno del riduttore ed impediscono al lubrificante di fuoriuscire. A richiesta possono essere forniti anelli in VITON per alte temperature.
CUSCINETTII cuscinetti forniti sulla vite sono a SFERE e ASSIALI per le grandezze fino al 63/7. Nei PAM maggiorati vengono utilizzate combinazioni SFERE e REGGI-SPINTA. Dalla taglia 63/7 con PAM maggiorato in poi vengono utilizzate coppie di cuscinetti conici. Sulle corone di tutte le grandezze vengono utilizzati cuscinetti a sfere sostituibili, su richiesta, con cuscinetti conici che aumentano i carichi di uscita assiali e radiali di circa 2,8 volte.
Worm gearboxes type MRV can be mounted in any position and rotate in both directions. The MRV series worm boxes can be coupled to IEC electric motors. The reducer can be supplied complete with motor in version B5 or B14 with standard IEC motor mounting flange.Aluminium Worm Gearboxes Modular MRV series cover sizes from 30 to 80. Thanks to modularity, accessories like feet or output flanges can be easy assembled directly to the cover. This series is the best in flexibility for a real cost effective stock investment.MRV Strong Series is one of the few series on the market which cover also sizes under 90. The cast iron casing offers the best performances in resistance on the most difficult applications.
CASINGThe casing, feet and flanges for modular series are made in high strength UNI 5076 aluminium. The casing, feet and flanges for strong series are made in G25 cast iron (GS400 cast iron for size 150).
WORM SHAFT - WORM WHEELThe worm is made on nickel-chromium-molybdenum steel alloy 18NiCrMo4 hardened and ground. The worm wheel is of a special bronze alloy on a cast iron hub.
SEALINGSpecial sealing components keep water and dust from entering the worm box inner parts, as well as preventing the lubricant leaking. VITON sealing for high-temperatures can be supplied on request.
BEARINGSOn the worm shaft ball bearings are used on sizes up to 63/7. For uprated IEC up to size 50/5 we use ball bearings combined with Thrust bearings. Starting from uprated IEC of size 63/7, both bearings supplied are taper bearings.On the worm wheel we usually use ball bearings. Taper roller bearings can be supplied to obtain output shaft loads 2,8 times bigger than standards.
Les motoréducteurs à roue et vis sans fin série MRV peuvent être montés dans n’importe quelle position et tourner dans les deux sens de rotation.Ils peuvent être accouplés directement aux moteurs électriques série IEC. le réducteur peut être fourni avec un moteur à bride B5 ou B14 standard IEC. Les réducteurs à vis-sans-fin série MRV Modulaire en aluminium sont produits de la taille 30 à la taille 80. Le carter en fonte offre de meilleures performances ainsi qu’ une meilleure résistance dans les cas d’ applications les plus difficiles.
CARTERLe catrer est en aluminium UNI 5076 pour série modulaire et en fonte G25 pour la série forte en fonte (GS400 pour la taille 150), étanche.
VIS SANS FIN - ROUE HELICOHIDALELa vis sans fin hélicoîdale est en acier 18NiCrMo4, cémenté trempé et rectifiée. La roue hélicoîdale est en alliage spécial de bronze centrifugé sur un moyeu en fonte sphéroîdale.
ETANCHEITEL’étanchéité empêche toute infiltration d’eau et de poussière à l’interieur du réducteur, ainsi que toute fuite d’huile du réducteur dans le moteur électrique. Etanchéité en VITON pouvent être fournis sur demande.
ROULEMENTSSur la Vis-s-fin nous montons en standard des Roulements à billes, jusqu’à la taille: 63/7 et jusqu’à la taille 50/5 pour l’ IEC Majoré. Nous utilisons des Roulements à billes à contact oblique pour l’ IEC majoré à partir de la taille: 63/7. Les deux combinés se comportent comme des Roulements à rouleaux.Sur la Roue, nous montons habituellement des Roulements à billes. Nous pouvons également monter des Roulements à Rouleaux conique, avec lesquels nous obtenons une charge 2,8 fois supérieure à celle de Roulements à billes.

Un riduttore deve essere selezionato utilizzando le apposite tabelle di selezione:
Per i riduttori MRV (predisposti per attacco motore) selezionare il modello in base alla potenza del motore che si intende applicare e al numero di giri (o rapporto di riduzione) facendo attenzione al fattore di servizio calcolato. Per i riduttori RV (con albero di entrata) ricercare il riduttore nelle apposite tabelle utilizzando come parametri di ricerca la potenza Kw1, la coppia richiesta M2 e i giri in uscita n2 o il rapporto di riduzione.
A gearbox should be selected using the selection tables:
For MRV gearboxes (with IEC motor input) select the unit based on the input motor power and the output speed (or reduction ratio) paying attention to the service factor calculated. For RV gearboxes (with solid input shaft) select the unit on the RV tables using the input power Kw1, the output requested torque M2 and the output speed n2 or the reduction ratio i.
Un réducteur devra être recherché dans les tableaux de sélection:
Pour la configuration MRV (predisposé pour le moteur sur l’entrée) recerché le réducteur sur la base de la puissance du moteur et la vitesse de sortie (ou du raport de réduction) depuis la vérification du facteur de service calculé. Pour la configuration RV (avec l’arbre d’entrée) rechercher le réducteur sur la table RV sur la base de la puissance du moteur Kw1, la couple de sortie desiré M2 et la vitesse de sortie n2 ou le raport de reduction i.

Nella scelta del riduttore occorre tenere nella giusta considerazione i seguenti fattori e, all’occorrenza, chiedere la consulenza del Ns. Ufficio Tecnico:
Utilizzo di servizi che potrebbero risultare pericolosi per l’uomo in caso di rottura del riduttore;Applicazioni con inerzie particolarmente elevate;Utilizzo come organo di sollevamento;Utilizzo in ambiente con temperature < 5 °C e > 40 °C;Utilizzo in ambiente con agenti chimici aggressivi;Applicazioni con elevate sollecitazioni dinamiche sulla cassa del riduttore;Utilizzo in ambiente salmastro;Posizioni di utilizzo diverse da quelle a catalogo;Utilizzo in ambienti radioattivi o con pressione diversa da quella atmosferica.

REDUCTEURS A VIS SANS FIN SERIE MS AVEC LIMITEUR DE COUPLE INTEGRE.
Le réducteur à vis sans fin avec limiteur de couple incorporé, est un réducteur avec un système de friction intégré que l’on peut règler de l’ extérieur, au moyen de l’écrou, afin de pouvoir faire varier le couple transmissible.La principale caractéristique est de pouvoir arrèter la rotation de l’arbre de sortie quand le couple résistant dépasse la valeur de tarage du limiteur de couple incorporé.Le limiteur de couple incorporé dans les réducteurs MS est constitué d’une friction à double cônes symétriques dans un bain d’huile situé sur l’arbre de sortie du réducteur, ce qui permet une grande précision et sensibilité de tarage. Ceci permet un réglage précis, une répétabilité dans le seuil de glissement du limiteur. La principale caractéristique des réducteurs et motoréducteurs de la série MS est celle d’avoir une basse pression spécifique de contact: en effet, en réalissant les deux cônes de friction directement sur la face intérieure en bronze, de la roue, le limiteur travaille de façon optimale pour avoir une pression spécifique de contact très basse.La faible pression spécifique entre le moyeu conique et la roue de la gamme MS permet de ne pas avoir à ré-étalonner le limiteur pendant la durée de vie du produit. L’utilisasion de matériaux de qualité et le fonctionnement constant dans un bain d’huile assurent une usure minimale.
ACCESSORIES
Il est impossible d’appliquer tous les accessoires de la série MRV sur les réducteurs de la serie MS.
PERFORMANCES
Les performances des réducteurs et des motoréducteurs de la série MRV avec limiteur de couple sont les mêmes que celles des réducteurs de la série MRV; et c’est pour cette raison que l’on demande de se réferer au catalogue général.
DÉTECTEURS D’ARRÊT DE SORTIE
Les détecteurs thermiques ou d’arrêt de rotation permettent de détecter l’arrêt de l’arbre de sortie. Ils servent à l’envoi de signal electronique pour arretêr automatiquement le système ou pour déclencher un voyant d’alerte.
RIDUTTORI A VITE SENZA FINE A MASSIMA SICUREZZA CON LIMITATORE DI COPPIA INCORPORATO E SENSORE ANTISLITTAMENTO.
Il riduttore di velocità con limitatore di coppia incorporato è un riduttore dotato di un sistema di frizione interna regolabile dall’esterno per mezzo della ghiera per poter variare la coppia trasmissibile.La caratteristica principale è di poter arrestare la rotazione dell’albero di uscita quando viene superata la coppia di taratura del limitatore salvaguardando i componenti della trasmissione e nello stesso tempo offrendo una grande sicurezza attiva per il personale addetto alle macchine.Il limitatore di coppia incorporato nei riduttori MS è costruito da una frizione in bagno d’olio a doppio cono simmetrico costruito sull’albero lento del riduttore, che consente una grande precisione e sensibilità di taratura e una costanza di intervento del limitatore in entrambi i sensi di rotazione. La caratteristica principale dei riduttori e motoriduttori della serie MS è quella di avere una bassa pressione specifica di contatto; realizzando infatti i due coni di frizione direttamente sulla superficie interna del bronzo della corona, il limitatore lavora con il materiale ottimale per avere una bassissima pressione specifica di contatto; inoltre con l’uso di olio sintetico si ha un funzionamento in slittamento con regime idrodinamico, non si ha quindi usura delle parti a contatto e non è necessario effettuare tarature successive durante la vita del riduttore.

Sui riduttori e motoriduttoridella serie MS è possibile applicare tutti gli accessori della serie MRV.
PRESTAZIONI
Le prestazioni dei riduttori e motoriduttori della serie MS sono le stesse della serie MRV.
RILEVATORE DI INTERVENTO DEL LIMITATORE, ALBERO LENTO FERMO
E’ disponibile un sensore, costituito da un trasduttore di pprossimità e da una centralina, che emette un segnale elettrico capace di segnalare l’intervento del limitatore di coppia; è quindi possibile fermare automaticamente il motore elettrico o installare comunque un segnalatore acustico o luminoso. MAXIMUM SAFETY WORM GEAR REDUCTION UNITS WITH INTEGRAL TORQUE LIMITER.
The speed reduction unit with integral torque limiter is equipped with an internal friction system which can be adjusted externally by means of a nut to vary transmissible torque.
The main characteristic is the ability to stop rotation of the low-speed shaft whenever the stall torque exceeds the calibrated value of the integral torque limiter, thus safeguarding the transmission components and at the same time offering optimum safety for the machine operator.
The built in torque limiter MS comprises a symmetrical cone on the output shaft acting against a hollow cone on the worm wheel all rotating in an oil bath. This gives precise adjustment, and consistency in the slipping point during torque overload.
The low contact pressure between the conical hub and the worm wheel of the MS range of worm gearboxes and worm geared motors make constant adjustment unnecessary during the life of the gearbox. With the use of quality materials, and by running consistently in a synthetic oil bath, wear is reduced to a minimum.

Al superamento della coppia predeterminata il dispositivo interviene automaticamente evitando qualsiasi danno alla macchina operatrice e alla catena cinematica conseguente, salvaguardando l’impianto da rotture o sovraccarichi. E’ estremamente utile nei movimenti dove è necessaria la sicurezza dell’uomo.Quando la frizione interviene slittando, il coefficiente di attrito passa da statico a dinamico, di conseguenza la coppia erogata e dissipata viene ridotta dall’80% al 50% a seconda della velocità, permettendo al gruppo di non surriscaldarsi anche in slittamento continuo. Quando il motore si arresta la frizione tra i coni e la corona ritorna al valore statico. In caso si voglia azionare la macchina è sufficiente allentare la ghiera esterna di registrazione e l’albero lento ruota liberocome se fosse folle.Per ritornare in condizioni operative basta riavvitare la ghiera nella precedente posizione.
TARATURA
I riduttori e motoriduttori della serie MS con limitatore di coppia incorporato vengono tarati in fabbrica alla coppia nominale di catalogo e ad una velocità di rotazione della vite di 1400 giri/min, volenda una diversa taratura seguire le seguinti istruzioni:
(1) Allentare completamente la ghiera(2) Riavvitare la ghiera fino a che le molle non sono più compresse.(3) Avvitare la ghiera del numero di giri (o frazioni di giri) indicati in tabellain funzione della coppia predeterminata.(4) In alternativa, per una taratura della massima precisione, avvitare la ghiera progressivamente e testare la coppia di slittamento da fermo azionando l’albero lento con chiave dinamometrica o torsiometro.
When the pre-determined torque is reached the torque limiter automatically comes into effect protecting machine from strain and breakage. It’s also extremely reliable where operator safety is concerned.
When the friction elements slip, the co-efficient of friction changes from static to dynamic and consequently the driving torque is reduced to between 80% to 50% depending on the speed, preventing overheating in the continuous slipping mode. When the main drive is stopped, the friction between the cones and the worm wheel reverts to the static value.
If the machine is needed to be turned by hand for adjustment purposes the external torque limiter adjusting nut can be released thus releasing the main drive. To return the drive re-tighten the nut to its previous position.
TORQUE SETTINGS
The MS range of worm gearboxes are set dur-ing the manufacture to the nominal torque shown in the catalogue at 1400 rpm. For other settings please follow these instructions:
(1) Loosen the nut completely.(2) Tighten the nut against the springs until it cannot be turned by hand.(3) Tighten the nut further by the number of turns or parts of a turn shown in the table below.(4) For a more precise adjustment tighten the nut and test the output torque for slipping at a precise value, using a torque wrench.
Si l’on dépasse le couple taré, le dispositif intervient automatiquement, et permet d’éviter les dommages à la machine entraînée. Ceci est également très fiable quand la sécurité de l’opérateur est un jeu.Lorsque les éléments de frottement glissent, le coefficient de frottement fait passer l’application du domaine statique au dynamique. Ainsi, le couple transmis est réduit de 80% à 50% en fonction de la vitesse, permettant ainsi d’éviter la surchauffe dûà un glissement continu.Quand il n’y a plus d’entraînement, le frottement entre les cônes et la roue font repasser l’application dans le domaine statique. Si l’opérateur a besoin de manoeuvrer la machine à la main, il est possible de desserrer le limiteur grâce à l’écrou de tarage libérant ainsi le mécanisme. Pour créèr à nouveau l’application, resserrer l’écrou de tarage.
REGLAGE DU COUPLE
Les réducteurs et motoréducteurs de la série MS avec limiteur de couple incorporé sont réglés en usine au couple nominal que l’on trouve dans notre catalogue et à une vitesse de rotation de 1400 T/mn. Si l’on veut un tarage différent, il suffit de suivre les indications suivantes:
(1) Dévisser complètement l’écrou.(2) Visser l’écrou jusqu’au moment où les rondelles éelastiques ne sont pas encore comprimées.(3) Visser l’écrou selon le nombre de tours indiqués dans le tableau en fonction du couple prédéterminé.(4) En alternative, pour un tarage plus exact, on doit visser l’écrou progressivement et mesurer le couple de glissement avec le réducteur à l’ârret en actionnant l’arbre de sortie avec une clé dynamométrique.

If these features are required, a properly sized, independent holding device should be utilized. Reducers should not be used as a brake.
Any brakes that are used in conjunction with a reducer must be sized or positioned in such a way so as to not subject the reducer to loads beyond the catalog rating.
Lifting supports including eyebolts are to be used for vertically lifting the gearbox only and not other associated attachments or motors.Use of an oil with an EP additive on units with backstops may prevent proper operation of the backstop. Injury to personnel, damage to the reducer or other equipment may result.Overhung loads subject shaft bearings and shafts to stress which may cause premature bearing failure and or shaft breakage from bending fatigue, it not sized properly.
