ReACT Today Home Screen
The ReACT today screen is the first screen that the majority of users will see each time they logon.
Overview
3 2.00 - ReACT Today| Electronic Business Systems Ltd
The Overview section of the ReACT Today shows the total number of:
Outstanding Cases: The number of cases that have an overdue Next Action Date
Live Cases: The number of cases that are currently open (all status’ except closed)
Closed Cases: The number of closed cases
Pending Cases: The number of Pending Notes currently outstanding to be added to cases
The total numbers that appear in this section are based on all cases that a user has access to.
Case Summary
The Case Summary screen will always show any Outstanding Cases when it is first loaded, the content may then
change based on any filters applied. The columns displayed depend on the ReACT Today Global Setting. The cases
will be sorted in ID# order but the display order can be changed by selecting the column name to sort by. Ideally
there should be no cases with outstanding actions.
Each case summary can be made up of the following items:

Case Next Action Status The first column can contain 3 different icons:
This icon next to a case shows that the case’s next action is Overdue
This icon shows that the case’s next action is within 2 days of reaching its due date
This icon means that the next action is more than 2 days away from being due.
Case Information
This icon shows that the case has been locked; only the Case Officer and anyone with sufficient administration
rights can access this case.
This icon shows that this case has been stored inside a folder. A folder is used to store cases of a similar type
in one group to view easily any associated cases.
Case ID The next column shows the Case ID

Individuals Involved (Complainant)
This icon shows that this individual is a Complainant on the case
If this icon appears next to an individual it means they are unapproachable, hover over the icon and an
explanation of why will appear.
If this icon appears next to an individual it means that an order has been taken out on the individual, hover
over the icon to see what orders have been taken out.
Individuals Address
This will display the individual’s address
Individuals Involved (Perpetrator)
This icon shows that this individual is a Perpetrator on the case
If this icon appears next to an individual it means they are unapproachable, hover over the icon and an
explanation of why will appear.
If this icon appears next to an individual it means that an order has been taken out on the individual, hover
over the icon to see what orders have been taken out.

Individuals Involved (All)
This column shows both the Complainant and the Perpetrator in the same column.
This icon shows that this individual is a Perpetrator on the case
This icon shows that this individual is a Complainant on the case
If this icon appears next to an individual it means they are unapproachable, hover over the icon and an
explanation of why will appear.
If this icon appears next to an individual it means that an order has been taken out on the individual, hover
over the icon to see what orders have been taken out.
Officers
These are the Officers involved in the case.
This icon highlights the reporting officer of the case
The grey stars denote the Case Officers assigned to the case. The officer in bold denotes
the primary case officer.
Review Date
The Review Date shows the date the next action stage is due. Once the action has been completed this date will
change to the next soonest action due date.

Case Received
This is the date that the complaint was received.
Status
The status displayed on a case will either be LIVE, CLOSED, or ABORTED. This is the overall case status.
Management Area
The management area that is dealing with the case
Company
The company dealing with the case
