Free-standing gas cookers offer the followingheating methods depending on the features:Top/bottom heating is the classic heatingmethod for almost all dishes- from little cakesto huge pizzas.

The grill is indispensable for browning or forgrilling fish and meat. And the rotisserie can beused to cook crispy poultry or a lean roast onthe automatically rotating spit. Free-standing gascookers are available with either a gas orelectric grill.

Free-standing gas cookers offer the followingfeatures:

Thermostatic control enables rapid responsetemperature control across a wide range.Instead of selecting a setting you can select thetemperature in degrees. Every Siemens free-standing gas cooker features a thermoelectricsafety pilot which automatically switches offthe gas supply should the flame go out.
