IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF SHAWNEE COUNTY, KANSAS
DIVISION TWELVE
In the Matter of the Marriage of
HAL RICHARDSON
v .
GbAUDINE DOMBROWSKI
Petitioner
Case No. 96 D 217
Recommendation of Domestic Case ManagerFebruary 2004
COMES NOW Lloyd C. Swartz, the Domestic Case Manager appointed by the
Court in the above captioned case and makes the following recommendations on this 3rd
day of February, 2004. These Recommendations will become orders of the Court,
unless written objection is received within ten days from this date.
I have confirmed with Dr. David Rodeheffer, the Psychologist counseling the
daughter, the daughter over heard the mother, during an overnight visit to Kansas City
arranging to have harm come to the father.
I have been provided documentation of the efforts of the mother to obtain outside
assistance from Bikers Against Child Abuse, including a tee shirt and message that was
mailed directly to the daughter from said group.
I have been provided documentation that these threats have escalated to the point
of leaving threatening documents in the father's mailbox.

I have been advised that the mother has not followed the order of this court
entered January 23, 2004 arising from the Recommendation regarding clarification of
parenting time in that she has failed to return the daughter to her home when required to
do so and on both overnight weekends has taken the daughter to Kansas City without any
notice of "Y'herethey would be.
-
The mother has failed to pay the court ordered costs of Domestic Case Management with
a billed balance due of$lE~-;"50-
For these reasons I recommend the following:
For these reasons it is recommended as follows:
A. All previous orders.except as herein modified shall remain in effect.
B. That all parenting time with the mother be limited for the foreseeable future to
supervised visitation to be held at the north YMCA Safe Visits program and
the mother is to pay all costs of the same.
C. That paragraph F of the Recommendation of Amanda Smith, Domestic Case
Manager previously filed V vi th frJs court, wrJch states; "Both parties should
obey the Court's order of July 31st, 2002 and return to Joint therapY with Dr.
Bill Albott." become an order of this court and that the modified parenting+ -""' ~
plan calling for supervised visitation remain in forcy until such time as the_ A
parties have resolved the conflict that gave rise to the seeking of outside
intervention by persons not sanctioned by this court and Dr. jX}15o'ttm

The first BACA chapter began helping thc
children of abuse in 1995. Their mission
was to help children who have been
abused, to be strong and stand up to the
perpetrator or abuser. We, the members of
the Missouri Chap:e:s of BACA, have
been doing the same for the abused
children here in our state since 1998. Wehave a goal to make all abused children
see that we are adults that love children
and will not stand for abuse. Our single,
narroW focus is to remove their fear.
