mailed directly to the daughter from said group.

I have been provided documentation that these threats have escalated to the point

of leaving threatening documents in the father's mailbox.

I have been advised that the mother has not followed the order of this court

entered January 23, 2004 arising from the Recommendation regarding clarification of

    notice of "Y'herethey would be.

    -

The mother has failed to pay the court ordered costs of Domestic Case Management with

    a billed balance due of$lE~-;"50-

For these reasons I recommend the following:

For these reasons it is recommended as follows:

    B. That all parenting time with the mother be limited for the foreseeable future to

supervised visitation to be held at the north YMCA Safe Visits program and

the mother is to pay all costs of the same.

    C. That paragraph F of the Recommendation of Amanda Smith, Domestic Case

Manager previously filed V vi th frJs court, wrJch states; "Both parties should

obey the Court's order of July 31st, 2002 and return to Joint therapY with Dr.

Bill Albott." become an order of this court and that the modified parenting+ -""' ~

The first BACA chapter began helping thc

children of abuse in 1995. Their mission

was to help children who have been

abused, to be strong and stand up to the

perpetrator or abuser. We, the members of

the Missouri Chap:e:s of BACA, have

been doing the same for the abused

children here in our state since 1998. Wehave a goal to make all abused children

see that we are adults that love children

and will not stand for abuse. Our single,

narroW focus is to remove their fear.
