AIMS:

Use ICT tools for improving the knowledge processes management in small organisations dealing with immigrants' integration and cultural mediation with a creative approach

in order to:

•Improve pedagogical approaches and the management of adult education organisations

•Support the social inclusion of migrants

OBJECTIVES:

•Improve use of creative approaches, methodologies and tools in informal and non-formal learning within intercultural framework

•Improve skills and abilities of participant organisations in use of creative approaches to informal and non-formal learning within intercultural framework

•Exchange of methodologies and tools used in managing knowledge and learning processes withinorganisations of immigrants’ integration and cultural mediation

•Improve the cooperation between organisations involved in intercultural training throughout EU

RESULTS:•Report related to knowledge management and learning processes in learning communities in a constructivist point of view•methodologies and tools for Needs analysis and self assessment within small organisations•6 non-formal or informal intercultural creative training paths•2 documentation files of each partners related to the non-formal or informal intercultural creative training paths implemented within the Project•6 multimedia products arose from creative interaction among learners, trainers and their context (form the training paths)•12 discussion forums (two per each partner) each of them related to a documentation file

WP2 •Elaboration of methodologies and tools for Needs analysis and self assessment within small organisations

•Development of a process of Needs analysis and self assessment within the organisations involved in the prospective of using creative approaches to intercultural issues

•Report of each partner and peer to peer training (on line) among partners about each report, sharing resources, expertise and tools in order to accomplish needs

WP3 • Recognizing needs in each partner context and planning training activities for an intervention using the creative approach.

•Peer to peer training among partners about each plan, in order to improve the effectiveness of the creative approach, sharing experiences, know-how, practices

•Each partner starts activities planned

•Each partner achieves documentation files (paper, or multimedia, or video, as preferred) about process implementation of planning activities

•Each partner attends the virtual forums related to the documentation files

MONITORING AND EVALUTION

•We’ll use the self-evaluation.

•We’ll evaluate both the process and the results.

•We’ll use questionnaires at the beginning, the middle and the end of the project addressed to each partner, to trainers and to learners

•The questionnaires in the middle will be used to adjust the project process if needed.

•The 6 intercultural training activities (one in each involved country) and these paths will work as testing stage in order to assess if the recognized approaches and techniques work well or not and to adjust them with the support and the advice of learners and trainers.

AUSPICATED IMPACT

•Short and medium term impact of the project results on the local society:- development of stronger and enlarged social networks on the project issues-more effective development of co-operation between different stakeholders in each local context

•Medium and long term impact of project results on lifelong learning local systems:- European network among small and medium organisations in the framework of intercultural issues.- Transferring in the lifelong learning local systems of methodologies aimed at managing knowledge and learning processes in intercultural training organisations- methodologies aimed at managing knowledge and learning processes in intercultural learning communities for local organisations to reinforce social fabric.
