ORDERING: Prices are FOB,Wakefield,VA 23888.Written, telephone or fax orders are accepted. Duplicated orders by mail or telephone are thebuyer's responsibility.

MINIMUM OPENING ORDER: $100.00

PAYMENT: We accept MasterCard,Visa,American Express, Discover, personal checks and money orders. Credit card orders will be charged uponplacement of order.

TERMS: We do not ship COD. Credit requests must be accompanied by three trade references and one bank reference including addresses, telephonenumbers, fax numbers, account numbers, and contact person if possible. Allow two to three weeks for processing.Terms are net thirty days afterapproved credit. A charge of 1.5 % per month is added to past due accounts. Shipment will not be made to accounts over thirty days past due. Accountsthat continually run thirty to sixty days past due may be put on a pre-payment basis.There will be a $35.00 service charge for all returned checks.

TAX EXEMPT: Before ordering,Virginia retailers must supply their tax ID number on a tax-exempt form. If not supplied, applicable Virginia sales taxwill be charged.

SHIPMENT: Except during November and December when up to three weeks lead time may be required, in stock orders will leave our warehousewithin one week. Chocolate products ship from October 15 to April 15.

DAMAGES / SHORTAGES: Do not sign for a UPS shipment that has arrived damaged. UPS will return the shipment to us as damaged goods.Wewill replace the goods or issue a credit to your account. Contact your local UPS representative if there is undisclosed damage. Shortages orunsatisfactory products must be reported to the Virginia Diner within seven days after receipt.To assure proper credit, do not return merchandisewithout proper authorization.

SHELF LIFE: Vacuum-sealed cans have a shelf life of nine months. Cello bags have a shelf life of three months. Carefully rotate stock to insure freshproducts.

RETURNS: A restocking fee of 15% based upon item returned, will be charged. Authorization and amount of restocking fee will be determined beforeproduct can be returned. For reasons other than damage, in-shell and bagged products are not returnable. Undamaged vacuum can products returned forcredit must have been purchased within the past two months.There is a $25.00 per case restocking fee on returned private label product.

STORAGE: Gourmet nuts should not be exposed to direct sunlight or sources of heat such as radiators, vents, or heaters. It is not necessary torefrigerate gourmet nuts if stock is sold within the recommended shelf life guidelines.
