Returns PolicyAddress for damaged/defective returns: 1345 8th St., Berkeley, CA 94710, Attn: Returns. No permission required but must be claimed within 30 days of invoice date.
Address for overstock returns: 1190 9th St., Berkeley, CA 94710, Attn: Returns. No permission required, but books must be in saleable condition and all stickers removed. Please pack returns carefully using enough packing mate-rial. Books not eligible for return will be sent back to customer at customer’s expense only if return shipping instructions are included.
Period of eligibility for returns: Short ships and damages must be claimed within 30 days of invoice date. Out-of-print returns will be accepted up to 6 months after the OP date. We follow the same policy for distributed titles, unless the dis-tribution agreement has ended. Returns will not be accepted beyond 6 months after the termination of a distribution agreement (customers will be notified when an agreement has ended).
Credit allowed: Full credit for saleable returns accompanied by invoice infor-mation; without invoice information credit will be issued at a 55% discount. Credit for return freight for damaged/defective returns only. Credit balances may only be used for future purchases.
