Accreditation of Foreign Observers for the
2010 National Elections
The Philippine Consulate General in Jeddah announces that
the
Commission on Elections (COMELEC) has recently adopted
Resolution No. 8763, providing guidelines for the accreditation
of
foreign observers in connection with the 10 May 2010
Automated
National and Local Elections.
