• Industry Analyst feedback to date is that AMD has not fully/effectively communicated the Fusion story

• Need to provide clarity how Fusion fits with our Graphics story; there exists a perception among some analysts that “Fusion is Confusion”

•Analysts tell us they are generally positive about the opportunity Fusion presents to AMD, but they are not persuaded AMD is putting in place the ecosystem to leverage that opportunity

•AMD is effective when engaging with analysts to push news; we are not as effective as we should be engaging analysts to pull input/feedback

• Analyst overwhelmingly tell us they view the semi-annual AMD-hosted Analyst Summits as constructive and important opportunities for AMD to engage
