This year, there were more undergraduate students who secured their future employment or grad school plans before graduation, than there were undergrads who graduated last May.

Our overall student population available for hire has increased 74% since 2007-2008, offering employers a very large talent pool.

In the midst of a recession and a 74% increase in students, we saw a 1% increase in the percent of student who secured their future plans by graduation (61%) – which is also 16% above the national average.
