Schedule for Friday, November 18th:6:00 pm: Eat, Meet, and greet, discuss what would beinteresting to build.
7:00 pm: Speaker- Lori Cheek, Founder of Cheekd.com 7:30 pm: Pitches start If you have an idea for a product,you pitch it to the group.8:30 pm: Team network and evaluate possible teams to
work on.
This is a self-selection process. People form teamsaround ideas that they think are interesting and would lil@tto work on for the weekend. Ideally, you'd like a group
between 5 and 10 people but groups of 2 or as large as20 are acceptable.Teams are not limited to working on web only applica*
tions. Generally, these make the most sense given thenature of the weekend and those who register. But if youreally feel like working on that new cupcake business, go forit!
9:00 pm: Team vote on top ideas and select the teamsthey will work with for the weekend. Teams solidify theirconcept and create an elevator pitch. 10:00 pm: Leave for a bar or coffee shop to continue thdiscussion and create prototypes.
Schedule for Saturday, November 19th:
9:00 am: Breakfast, Start development. 10:00 am: By now, teams should have prototype(s) onpaper, decided on a working title, and created technicalplans. Start getting servers live, buying domains, creatinguser flows, etc.
12:30 pm: Lunch break. 1:30 pm: Back to work
6:00 pm: Dinner6:30 pm: Speaker7:00 pm: Back to work
10:00 pm: Gut check on the product; basic prototypebuilding; group get-together for drinks and to talk about theproducts everyone is working on.

Schedule for Sunday, November 20th:9:00 am: Breakfast.
10:00 am: By now, you should have a live splash page upwith an email capture and a simple blog. Maybe a rough
prototype and at least a start on your presentation.12:00 pm: Lunch3:00 pm: Sink or swim time for those looking for a weekendlaunch.
4:30 pm: Dinner
5:00 pm: Presentations from each company. Talk aboutwhat worked, what didn't, what could go better.
